This comment is really late but for everyone saying this is the “bad ending” considering this becomes Carvers Camp, remember it’s implied that the Community started out positively, indicated by Luke playing a leadership type role in the community. Bonnie mentions that Luke and Carver butted heads a lot and disagreed as leaders and it’s pretty clear Luke and the others left as Carver probably got more power hungry or just simply crazier.
That's how alot of those things start. But you gotta think in this type of situation EVERYONE will change one way or another

What pissed me off was that these characters have no significance in season 2 other than Bonnie, and no matter what you do she ditches Clementine and she's either alone or with Kenny or Jane in season 3, like I just hate how tellatle rush in to kill off the characters we enjoyed, like hell, Carl was never truly alone, yet again I guess it's more realistic to have everyone either become a walker or get killed.

@BIG BLACK TYRONE Some people may not be old enough (as in, store won't let them buy or parents won't let them buy) and might not have the money at the moment... Or have just heard of the game and still needs to finish the first one.
There are so many possibilities to why someone doesn't know who a character is. I am actually a person who didn't even get to the first game until last year!
Plus, not everybody gets the new games the minute it comes out. Some people either hasn't heard of the game, can't buy the game, or some other reason that they were not able to get the game immediately.
So don't go around going crazy because someone hasn't been able to play a game and get to know a character, and they don't want to be spoiled. (Even though asking about that character is bound to get them spoiled.)
The awesome thing is that everything connects in the DLC....Nate was the one chasing Wyatt and Eddie, the person Eddie runs over was the cop who flees the bus in Vince's story, the people chasing Bonnie in the cornfield were Shel's group etc. etc.
I know this was nine years ago buuut) And you see Shel and her sister outside the prison bus. Also more stuff us Kenny, Duck and Kat can be seen at the start of the whole thing. Shel's group us some of the cancer survivors. The black hair girl with Shel's group is also a walker Lee kills in ep5 but that's because she won a fan contest or somthing to be in the game. In season 2 you see the left overs of Romans group who also attacked Crista and Clem at the start. There is more but I don't remember it lol.

I use to think that this was the perfect ending too, but then after seeing where they DO go in Season 2, maybe it is better that they stayed at the camp. Either way they're either dead or unknown but I gotta hand it to em this was a twist with the whole "Place of safety" I didn't see coming, but probably should've in hindsight. A little lame to find out Bonnie will go no matter what. When I first played Season 2 I taught to myself that maybe its any person from the DLC that you can bond with and get close to and take when you leave Howe's [Like say for example Clem getting close to Vince could make him stick with the group for the rest of Season 2] or that if you didn't own the DLC it'd be a made in guy. Considering all this I thought would add extra replayability, it was really lame to find out that it's Bonnie as the story intends it to be,

Lily was intended to be the same Lily from the comics, but when a prequel novel came out that gave Lily a conflicting backstory, they externally retconned her to be a separate character.

This is the perfect ending, everybody stays so they don’t die in season 2 at carvers camp, except for bonnie, that is what I call a perfect ending
Because if you save Danny, Vince tells Tavia, "If it's one thing I've learned from Danny, it's that we have to stick together and protect ourselves". That convinces him to stay at camp instead of leaving with Tavia.

I never said it was going to change anything in the overall story. When I refer to is as the perfect ending, I meant it as everybody leaving the camp. Some were wondering how to get all characters to leave because some stayed behind. And since this story is suppose to go into season 2, it's the perfect setup for it. Everybody leaves and will hopefully be safe if they go with Tavia. That's what makes it perfect. If everybody stays, I simply called it imperfect.
Technically.. This wouldn't be the perfect ending since they end up being with Carver.
It was either that, or die in their camp.

the only person I really liked was vince, wyatt I just felt was kind of stupid, russel was to much of an asshole for me, bonnie was okay, but I just didn't feel attached to her whatsoever, and I liked shel, but her sister just seems like she's gonna get someone killed
their characterizations were all sensible imo. wyatt is a stoner college dude and i suppose we can agree that they're not always the best people to have around in emergencies. russel is a 'broken' kid, having multiple and prolonged exposure to slightly psychopatic survivors. shel's sister's behavior is harder to explain has we have zero insight into her pre-apocalypse life but i think it can be explained by how some kids want to appear mature despite not having a full comprehension as to what maturity is, like the kid who claims to have been in multiple fistfights but panics when he's about to get into one. this is reinforced by her expression right before roman executes that blindfolded guy.
the only character i have a problem with is bonnie. she's probably THE most psychologically stable person in the dlc, considering that she's a recovering drug addict thrust into one hellishly traumatic and stressful situation. where are the withdrawal symptoms? we don't know what drug she took (leland only called it 'stuff') so we can't really tell what symptoms she would be showing but irritability, nausea, and anxiety are all common. that's prime "leave her to die" material right there

According to Wikia, this DLC bridges the gap between your choices in Season 1 and the upcoming Season 2. So yes, I'm sure we'll see them again. Or they will be at least mentioned.
I never realized that Tavia was a part of the organization that crawford or whatever his name is,is in.Now that I think about it,you see Wyatt,Shel,and Becca at the place!Even Bonnie!I love that this spinoff is so directly connected to season 2.

From what I remember, she's never shown being killed. They just run out of ammo, which obviously puts them in a bad situation but if she can make it to Woodbury she can probably escape that to.
Looking back on this game, and what they all turned into once Carver got his hands on them, I’d say the best ending is them all staying.

We never got to see what happened to all the these characters except for Bonnie regardless if they went to the camp or not. I wish they would have appeared again somehow. Now that the final season is over idk if we'll get to see any of them again!
For Wyatt, you don't have to leave Eddie behind. You can go out and check the body yourself and still wind up with Tavia. And with Shel, you don't have to kill the intruder. As long as you drive away, you should be fine.

No I spared the guy and killed Stephanie and shel still went with tavia I think it’s because I chose the option after russle says he’s not sure I chose we have people of all ages then shels sister wanted to go in the end I got everyone to go except Vince and russle but I did act like an innocent kid as russle so him going relies on the dialogue you chose as tavia

It’d be cool if in season 4 we could meet some of the characters depending on what you chose in this dlc. Like maybe you’d see a couple walker versions or something if you went back to carvers for some reason or maybe you’d meet them at a camp and maybe I’d Wyatt was there he’d remember you and then you could like choose to shoot them or something

Yes, I can't believe people didn't even know it was Nate from when you first see his truck at the beginning of Wyatt's story.
It's even more obvious because if you shoot out the lights for his car in Russell's story you van see only one of the lights turned on.
The Telltale game follows parallel with the comics; Kirkman said so himself. So the story as of now in the Telltale games, while taking into consideration the story in the comic (which takes place mostly AFTER the games), we know that Kenny & Vernon died, Lilly has to still be alive b/c we later see her with the governor's group when they raid the prison (she killed Lori and her baby), Glenn is alive b/c he later joins w/Ricks group, Molly is unknown, but there is a 'Molly' in Negan's group...

I remember seeing Wyatt (only for a few seconds. he tells clem when she goes to see carver that she should be quick or he'll be angry i believe) and obviously Bonnie in season 2, but I don't recognize any others? Do they show up at all?

Bailey Yep, Shel and Becca are seen when Clem walks in a hall of the base. You can hear them talk about Clem.
Russell is seen with an AK47 and gets a little mad at Clem for just standing around.
Vince is seen when he argued with Tavia about smoking with Clem hiding somewhere high up.

Played this entire thing, and made all the right choices to get everyone to go to the camp, only to have them appear as background characters (besides Bonnie) with little to no dialogue, interaction or purpose in the story. I feel like I wasted my time.

Think the "perfect" ending would be everyone staying considering what happens in the 2nd game (obviously bonnie cant stay though)

Yeah, that was kind of sad that the group fell apart after that. Vernon deserved whatever happened to him in the end, but it sounds like the others were just desperate and not all onboard with his plans. They were cancer survivors who had stuck together up until that point.
To those who Don't know there is an alternative way to get Wyatt to come even if you make Wyatt leave the car all you have to do is when you are playing as Tavia and say the "I'm not lying" and the "you might find people you know" dialogue choice and Wyatt will come saying that if Tavia is not lying that he might find Eddie.
In a way its the worst ending. if you played episode 3 of season 2 you'll know what i mean

Pretty much everyone in this can be presumed dead: Joyce, Clive and Boyd (if he survives) are never seen again, but given Joyce's age and her cancer, she at least is probably dead. Roman and his new group were all killed by an unknown group of survivors, presumably Carver and his forces. Everyone that went with Tavia ended up as members of Carver's Group at Howe's Hardware. They were presumably all killed when the hardware store was overrun by walkers thanks to Clementine. Eddie was killed by Clementine at McCarrol Ranch after mistaking her for one of the invaders.
Infact the only one with a truly undetermined fate was Nate. No body seen, no confirmed ending, nothing
Idk I think it'd be better for people not to go to Carver's camp. Idk if that has any effect, but them going barely changes anything
Do the choices you make in 400 days change who's at Carver's camp in season 2?
Yes. If you make them all leave with Tavia, they appear with Carver in season 2. If you make them not trust Tavia, then they never appear at all. But to be honest, it's all a bit of a waste as they only a make a small cameo and you never see them again.

At the very end when Tavia talks to them about wanting to leave or stay, russel says after everyone puts their hands up, “he says he doesn’t know and he’s seen messed up s. You got pick the box of Tavias choice saying you might have family or friends there. Then Russell joins.
Bonnie - goes with you no matter what.
Vincent- sadly but true you have to shoot Danny’s leg. You choose to shoot the smart mouth ritch dude ( I wouldn’t blame you, I like Danny better) then you lose Vincent from joining.
For the sisters you just have to drive away. You don’t have to shoot the guy . You can shoot the guy but that choice doesn’t effect them leaving the camp the join with you.
Wayatt - however you spell his name he joins you if you stay in the car and his friend goes out to check for the dead guy.
