I didn t find this boring at . I’m news to all these crafting . I found out that I like doing card . I don’t have all the tools ..... thanks for sharing . Nice and easy to understand
Great tutorial on adhesives. I am a green glue girl, very glad for the wiggle room at times. Thanks Jackie for all the great info and when to use different adhesive.
GREAT VIDEO Jackie! Thanks for your honest opinion too. I was never a fan of the fine tip glue because the tiny needle in the top ALWAYS clogged up and it was impossible to get the tip back in. LOVING your Favs... those are my FAVs too!
Thank you so much for this video. So helpful as I'm just starting out new making cards and not happy with the glues that I've chosen to use so far. Didn't realize that the type of glues you use are so important! Great video! Thanks again!!!! -Diane
Thank you, Thank you Jackie for the time to discuss, show how to and explain the adhesives in the new catalog! I was very concerned that I would have to buy ALL of them. I have the Fine-Tip Glue Pen and it is great until it clogs. I keep a long straight pin the the opening and this helps quite a lot. I will attempt the "green glue" next time I reach for the Fine-Tip!
This has been SO helpful as a newbie to the world of card making. I’ve had trouble with glues and you’ve taught me how to use the glue properly. Thank you!
Glad it was helpful. Make sure to check out this page on my website geared towards new stampers and getting started: klompenstampers.com/card-making-for-beginners/
Jackie - I like your adhesive choices. All good basic & useful. I am trying the new runners out. But definitely a learning curve for me. My one wish is that there was a fine tip point on the Tombow Liquid Glue . Sometimes it just need a very tiny dot. However I noticed your technique on touching the glue tip to the cardstock a helping it to not come out as thick or as much. I am going to try that tip. I have honestly used to much of that glue a few times. But that is my go to glue . I think your tip will help with that issue. Also I use the glue dots &.the dimensionals as well. Thanks for sharing these tips with us. 👏👏💕
Thank you Jackie. This was an excellent assessment of all the products and green glue is still my favorite. I have always wondered when do you use the other end of the green glue.
Jackie, you’re never boring! Thanks for these tips. I’ve been stamping a number of years but always am glad to review the basics. I always learn something.
Great tips Jackie. I agree with those tapes in a cartridge. I find they are too expensive for the amount you get on the roll. The liquid glues are far more versatile. Great refresher tips as well. Thanks Jackie.
You know, I consider myself a very seasoned crafter and though I've only been selling Stampin' Up since February I forget that others have not been crafting for nearly as long or just don't know how to use something as simple as glue...hard to believe but so true. Thank you for breaking it down. PatriciaD
I find it quite interesting that no one ever uses, much less talks about, the FAT end of the “green” glue. I watch a lot of different Stampin’ Up demonstrators and never once has anyone utilized this option. Has anyone out there ever tried it? I have and I like it. ❤️😁
I always wonder about dimensionals. Do they survive in the mail? I wonder if the machines at the post office "crush" the effect of them? Again I loved your tips and information. As a new card maker I love having the "wiggle" room on placing my card layers when I use the "green glue". Thanks again and have a happy and safe day!!
Very helpful 😊
Lady, you are one excellent teacher. Look forward to learning more from you.
Thank you so much! Glad I can help.
So happy I found you and your videos
Thank YOU for sharing!
Absolutely not boring!!!! Really learned so much! Your awesome 💕
Love the “scrub” idea with the green glue!
Thanks for the adhesive information! Tfs

i've been making SU cards for 8 years and I needed to see the new adhesives offered by SU. Very helpful!
Glad it was helpful!
The "green glue" is my favorite. I even use teeny drops on the back of dimensionals to give me that wriggle time!

What kind of adhesive do you use if you are adhering something to glitter paper or also foil paper?
Marilyn Cady glue dots work very well on glitter paper
Not boring at all - except for the commercials that keep popping up!
