To add up to what Tom mentioned about their colleges who got paid more than him due to having more work than him, individuals should be compensated depending on how long they worked for that company. Their efforts that they have made for a long period of time for the company to be successful deserves to get a higher raise than those who haven’t worked for so long. For instance, my aunt has been a Flight attendant for more than 8 years. Now she gets more salary than people who worked for a short period. This policy is totally fair since they sacrificed their free time for that company for many years to stabilize the company.
