How to remove dents with hand tools! BSA Motorcycle repair

This BSA motorcycle tool box came to us with lots of dents in it. Before we metal finish this we need to repair the dents in this motorcycle part.
This video shows how the dents are removed using hammers, files and other hand tools. Expert panel beating. By watching you can pick up some tips to help you do it yourself.

Such a contrast with all the US videos. After 2 mins of hammering they would have covered the whole thing in an inch of Bondo and called it job done - lol.
