I've seen this happen before when people have multiple charges on one document. The judge sets bail on on charge and the bail on the rest are concurrent. When that charges is dropped, suddenly the bail requirements change. Where I live they set bail for each charge, even if they are running concurrent to prevent such problems. I didn't like the way they tried to pin in on the jail. They had to get the judge to issue a new warrant, which tells me, something was wrong with the previous one. Sad thing is out of all the comments being mad, only a few are about the mistake made.
