Good question, honestly I've never tried it. Just make sure you click at Server only [x] when making the trigger itself. Since that makes sure it only shoots once on a dedicated server, if not it will shoot for every client. Even the car bomb works on dedicated so yea I don't see a reason why this wouldn't. It are just the animations and unit capture/play which don't work on dedicated, only at single player.
