    I am just seeing this and I am sorry for your loss. When you said you help others that are or have gone thru Still Birth, I just can not believe in the USA they say a Still Birth happens EVERY 20 MINUTE in the USA. They REALLY NEED to investigate THE HOW AND WHY this happens so often...also In all of the families that have spoke about loosing their baby MANY state that their baby was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT, Numerous state after a Autopsy that NOTHING was wrong at all, that nothing showed in Autopsy a reason for Death...so in my opinion there needs to be some SERIOUS RESEARCH done. Thank you for sharing your story

    I'm a labor nurse. We grieve with you too. I can only imagine that the nurses who walked out thought they wouldn't be able to keep it together. I'll tell you right now I've cried with the parents.

      You are amazing. Nurses are the backbone of medicine. The ones who feel our pain are special angels, sent to do a special job. Thank you. ❤️

      Am sorry for Your loss and that You couldn't be with Your child-it is that cruel and unfair! Had my angel princess pass away in 23 weeks and had her taken from me immediately-could not be with her, only after she had passed-returning to these moments makes me full of regret, pain and helplessness-wish insisted, wish knew..Keeping You in my thoughts, sending many hugs to You, mama!

      All of our babies are so, so incredibly loved & they love us too. They are with us and around us. We just don't have the ability to understand it, but life is short & one day we will be able to see the bigger picture...we will have our answers & be reunited with our little baby angels again. So perfect & pure at heart.

    There are so many stories like this. Some are obvious, w/babies who have serious congenital & chromosomal abnormalities, but what about the seemingly unexplainable still births? What is the medical community doing to prevent or at least explain those deaths? If it was my baby I would need some sort of reason in order to heal emotionally & be able to carry on for family & living children. Too many still births are unexplained!

      Fern Viking I would also like to have a explanation but no one has any i do notice and some women speak about them moving alot oit of normal and then stopping we don't know if the oxygen was cutting out slowly or what but it is really heartbreaking and i feel for all

    • @M1M1Y1
      @M1M1Y1 7 років тому +1

      The honest answer is we don't know why a lot of these still births happen. The decreased movements is very much a thing though! always know what is normal for your baby and any change from your normal pattern should be an immediate call to your Midwife or Dr. Baby will move less to conserve energy /oxygen when they are in distress. The first questions I ask all mother in every visit or at the start of all conversations is have you been feeling baby move? and is it normal for you?

      There just isn't answers. As much as we want them, often they just don't know. I said on another ladies comments that if we have 4D ultrasound, why can't we avoid more of these sad endings. I've seen a couple where in the 9th month, preparing for birth, the cord developed a real knot that tightened during labour. Another was extremely long cord wrapped tightly TWICE around baby's neck. I wish they knew 100% of the time, but they just don't.
