    "Good afternoon, HP Support" sorry there is no hp support. brand new printer and jams in adf, got it replaced and the same thing paper gets about half way through , jams and mangles the paper. Always bought hp, not now.

      @@HPSupport Thanks for the reply, that didnt fix it, have done that previously. it is brand new, just out of the box today.

    The video states, "If equipped, lift the document feeder tab, and lift up on the document feeder". Mine is not "equipped", as there is no document feeder tab. There is a white piece of plastic or paper poking through one of the holes that looks like it doesn't belong there, but I can't access it without lifting up the document feeder. Don't know what to do.

    The worst purchase I've ever made in my life. I have the Officejet Pro 9010. I never had a problem with the printer and just out of nowhere it started giving this adf jam error, making the printer literally useless, because it is not possible to do anything else. I've followed all the steps in the support videos and nothing works. The funny thing is that the error started without even having paper stuck in the adf. The printer is new and even out of warranty I always took great care of it but now it's just rubbish. I have no idea how much I will have to spend if I have to take it to technical assistance and if it will be worth it!

    there is nothing there. still appear the error message!

      +Ronghua Zhu Paper jams can be real or false. The printer might report a paper jam even when there is no jammed paper. The steps in following document apply to both real and false paper jams: bit.ly/2Qr3blQ
