    Mohave County, AZ is fast growing and prices are ever higher due to that growth especially around Kingman and Golden Valley.

    AZ property deals in the past were questionable. Ours went belly up & never completed the road to our site. It is accessible but very nasty, but the site is beautiful. No water or electric & a septic system questionable due to boulders. Vandalized once. Purchased in 1972 & we still enjoy it.

    Lived in Flagstaff from 1989-2008, miss it. We lived 1/2 mile from Route 66. What a fun UA-cam to watch, thank you. Now in North Idaho it’s great too.

      Much cooler on this property as it's about 4,000 feet.

      @RVLifestyle True but any Plan B of mine won't involve having water delivered or relying on a well which could dry up or be contaminated. We're looking for a place with decent amount of rain so our crops grow well and we can harvest rainwater.

    Nice video!! Wife and I just came back from High Forest TN and we bought some land there thanks to you and your previous video!! Now we leave 3 hours from this place in Arizona, I think 1 acre here won’t be bad!! Thanks again.

      We really love the desert and seeing what Eric is doing with his property and how others have made this a real Rv retreat was really interesting.

    Thank you for the information. I was wondering what the average lot sizes are? What is the quality of the road access to the properties?

    • @RVLifestyle
      @RVLifestyle  Місяць тому

      Easy access... Just off Route 66. These are one-acre lots. Two acres are available.

    Our parents took us to Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon 50 years ago. It has always been a beautiful area. Several year later we went to Las Vegas.

    Not interested in RV lot that I need to drill well and put in septic. I want RV lot with 50 amp and dump station on the lot already. Anyone can buy acre lot and put in well and septic.

      @@user-mt3jq7vk5v I think there is a lot of RVers who would love to buy a deeded RV lot. But they want the pad, 50amp hooks us and dump station already in place.

    3300 ft altitude will get too cold many nites in the winter to not take extra precautions with RVs. It’s not Yuma or Phoenix. Wells will run dry if you can even get water. Must be unsafe of the guy is wearing a gun.

    Do your due diligence and hire a hydrologist to tell you how long the ground water is going to last. It would be a shame to spend thousands of dollars drilling a well and then it runs dry.

      Most people out there use water storage tanks, which are more affordable. Solar power powers the pumps. It was quite eye-opening.

    Amazing, but what about emergency services. And for me whats important is being able to get all my shopping without driving very far, not just including food. The sad truth is, as this type of real estate ownership gets popular the cost will be 10 plus times what it is now. Just look at RV’ing before covid, now it’s not cheaper than stick & bricks.

      You going to have coyote, snakes and other wildlife that may endanger you and your property in such an undeveloped area. FYI where there are prey like bighorn sheep, there are bound to be some predators around too.
