      Table Tennis Daily I used stiga blade and rubber I do everyday forehand topspin and backhand flick for my training😊it's so hard but I'm enjoy😊

    Exercise 3 is brilliant. You could also serve short and then (or not at all) play some short/short until the receiver pushes long and then your exercise. SO easy to train, thanks guys!

    Switching up serve/third ball attack side for unpredictability is a good exercise.

    Nice Video! But can you do a video about improving match play for defenders version please? I'm a defender myself, so I want to also improve my match gameplay and know more about how attacking players deal with defenders.

      I've been using the Dignics 05 on my backhand and Tenergy 05 on my forehand. Not changed my setup since reviewing it a few weeks ago :) What are you currently using?

      @@TableTennisDaily man, dignics 05 surely is an amazing rubber! for the past six months, i've been using dhs fang bo b2, dhs hurricane 3 on the forehand side and yasaka rakza 7 on the backhand. i'm planning to upgrade my forehand to the provincial version no. 22 blue sponge or change to sanwei target national. any advice?

      @@TableTennisDaily Dan, the drills you do, looks like you're using some slower rubbers and not the usual setup you mentioned. Is training with slower rubbers actually a good idea to focus on technique? And what rubbers did you use for this video ?
