Great video Mr & Mrs J.C.Smith nice work to see if one seat or the other will fit. Nice work relocating the air pressure guage. Looking forward to your next video thanks for sharing Mr & Mrs J.C.Smith.
Mr. Smith, sir…, you wouldn’t know what to do with a 5x10 welding table.., after all these years using that “handy dandy” garbage can fabrication bench…, hahaha…! Very nice gauge housing bracket work.
I rebuilt a '73 Chevy C60 a few years ago and used the seats from a 1986 Fleetwood RV. I had to cut about 3" out of the pedestals that they sat on but they worked great.
Look at the difference in those seats, the commercial one had a painted frame and the newer one from the non commercial truck was bare metal already rusted crap. So frustrating
It's a shame those air ride seat brackets won't work. The super duty seats will be a huge improvement though 😎👍I like the bracket you adapted for the air pressure. Happy wrenching J.C 🔧
Hey JC have you ever used tessa tape? I think it has several different names. I used it on my wiring harness for my lights on my tractor and I like it alot better than regular electrical tape holds up doesn't shrink and turn to a sticky mess! Plus it looks factory on top of wire loom. It's pricier than regular electrical tape but in my opinion it works better.
I always disliked the F Series cab for the medium duty trucks. They felt like they were modified to make all the medium duty stuff fit. I liked the 70s 80s and 90s where you could get a 700 in a C, F or L Series cab for whatever suited you best.
I worked in an upholstery shop and ran my own called ABC upholstery I still have an active Facebook page under that name, but I no longer am able to do it
I like his comment--"I'm going to get some steel--and he looks around. Whose shop are we in? This Man can create anything... I'm watching..

Welding table?
Acorn
Weldsale
I think Fireball is making one now too. One of his killer vise's would be a useful tool too!
I have a couple of them dash bezels laying around out of F250/350s. When she said Harbor Freight he lost instantly his train of thought 🤣🤣🤣
Nice job. Have a great day J C.

JC's calling out his Christmas list
Check the weld table at harbor freight. I think I read somewhere multiple ones can be linked together.
i have one. they are ok for what they are but i have a big project coming up that having a 5x10 table would make it go so much better.
"Harbor Freight" bwhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahahah the look on his face.
If you have access to a steamer steam the foam, and it’ll pop it up and rejuvenate it
They do make a low profile air ride base

"Harbor Freight!" hahahahahaha!
When it comes to steal I believe survival 2 is 1... and 1 is none😮
So what you’re saying is a trash can don’t make for a good work bench or welding table? 😂
🙄 Watching this and listening to JC while waiting to hear him say well let’s tear down the shop and start over…..
What about cutting the floor and channeling it is the frame not lower on the 750
i dont think "the juice is worth the squeeze".
