Nice workout. Practice makes better right! Going at your own pace is key, but it's hard because you want to absorb everything. Thanks for sharing captain
Great video! Yes, love that you emphasize going at your own pace! I always get so overwhelmed in a big group cause I spent way too much time skating alone and reinforcing limiting habits. 🙃
Another great video! I actually need to start practicing heel-heel manuals again because I’ve never felt comfortable doing those 😩 …my life flashes before my eyes every time lol
Hello Karen, I'm totally new in skating. It's been a week or something that I'm practicing inline skating by my own with the help of your videos. The thing I'm facing is after 10-12 mins, my left feet starts to hurt ... some suggested to change the sole, but didn't worked for me. Is it normal to hurt my feet as the legs are trying to coop with the balancing process? Need your kind suggestions. TIA.
@@DarkKnight-th4xy hey thank you for your comment! It could be many things. When i started rollerskating i was get some pain in the arch of my feet because they were so underdeveloped. Youre using muscles you havents used in a while so it takes some building and getting use too. Pin point where the pain is coming from and make a note every time you feel it. If it persists over a month, go to tour doctor!
Yesss these tips are needed!! 🔥🔥🔥
