When I heard about Digital Circus, I thought it was a full show, or at least a half a season of it only to be disappointed there’s only one episode. The one episode that’s out is pretty good though
The music is so perfect. It has a cheery tone, but there is this slight hint of fakeness and irritation which perfectly captures the eerie sensation of being trapped in a body that isnt yours inside a world that you dont want to be in, but the world has a cheery jolly asthetic to it. It is the true sound of madness to be honest. Melancholic, buy with an aesthetic that is cutesy. Someone has to make a video on the music. There has to be some secret to the songs power hidden deep within its cords that just makes me want to wish I could wake up to the realization that everything in my life was just some horrible nightmare.
People always say that, but I never really heard it until I started listening for it, and you're kinda right! It feels... not quite what a real band would normally play.
