its not actually muffled, the gain of her mic is set too high which is why the audio gets distorted, its super annoying so they seemingly tried to cover this up by lowering the volume a little.

I tried moulding easter eggs using balloons last year, and I have to just say that the heat from warm chocolate quite often pops the balloon- but if you let it cool down, it starts to set and you can't spread it around!

Roos Stam lol bacteria doesn't die in the freezer, it will just stop the growth of bacteria but the moment you remove that in freezer the bacteria will increase again.

Daniel Smith I believe semi sweet has less milk content than milk (don't quote me) so it's probably between milk and dark so perfect for confectionary etc. It would have yes and also given more control over how much it melts to make tempering it easy. She didn't temper hers even though she should have really. She probably didn't no

I tried doing this yesterday with my brother. The chocolate went to the bottom to fast and the balloon exploded!!!! THE CHOCOLATE WAS EVERYWHERE!!!! Like lidget it was all over me, my brother, the walls, the dishwasher, the counter, the microwave and the sink!!!! It was meant to for my parents and my mom was away when it happened. When she came back you could say she wasn't very pleased!!!
if I were doing it I would add in sprinkles and stuff into the chocolate mix. I'd also cut the top off it so it's a choc bowl and put Easter eggs in it.
if you cover a balloon then you have to figure out how to let it harden up without making a flat bottom and hanging a big huge, dripping chocolate balloon until it hardens up would be really impractical. How would you make it thick enough to support its own weight without it dropping?
