The armature connecting the rotor rods, constituting its winding, was undoubtedly broken and hence the need for repair. I think the shaft overheated a bit where the bearing was seated. Anyway, congratulations, because nothing is wasted 👌.

Recocieron el núcleo y de paso recocieron tambien el eje.. azul quedó el asiento del rodamiento. Ese rotor es del enemigo, es la única posibilidad!

What was the problem of that rotor?
Probably the aluminum cracked at the edge where the "winding" of the rotor get connected. It's a common problem.
