EMPLOYEE MOBILITY - LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT ROTATIONAL PROGRAM (LDRP) - LYDIA

The Leadership Development Rotational Program (LDRP) fast tracks the development of high-potential talent within Colas companies in Canada by sending participants on rotations to companies within the Colas Group.
Participants participate in two rotations, in different locations at Colas companies across Canada, the US, and potentially internationally (subject to availability).
Meet Lydia, a participant in the LDRP program. Lydia started with Colas Québec. Her journey took her both across Canada and across the Pacific, completing rotations in Ontario, British Columbia, and Australia.
