Your daughter is such a little model. She is having fun! You are such a crafty mom. I enjoyed the video. I am going to turn one of my knit dress into a skirt. The dress already has an elastic in the waist area, I just need to cut the top off and tidy up the waist. My daughter is 15 and doesn't like to wear skirts. She only wears jeans, jeans and jeans!

Oh my goodness i just found this at the right time, my kiddo has some dresses that she likes the print of, but its already too short on her and I wanted to make something new for her.
Thank you! Today I thrifted what I thaught was a cute lady top, just to realize at home, that it was actually a little girls dress - didn't try it at the store 😢 I think it has just enough fabric to turn it into a skirt!
Hi Florence. I don't think I left any edges raw but if I missed anything that should have been done it's because I just do the basics, but it works :) My machine is basic too so I might have skipped something.
I have a frock it fits me thigh its quite short and the top part is too good so I cut it in a impulse and like now I want make so.ethinu out of the lower part too
