I do not know why it has been so freaking hard for me to comprehend how the assembly of pants work. I find it so hard to imagine which seams are supposed to go where when I watch these tutorial videos, and I've been trying so hard for YEARS to find a good "skirt to pants" video that helps me get it. THIS IS THE VIDEO THAT DID IT. IT FINALLY CLICKED. OHMYGOSH. And now I feel so silly that I struggled so much to get it.

I've got to try this. Time to go shopping for a used long dress to make over. That new out fit looks so good on you. Plus, it looks as comfortable as you say it is. When you feel comfortable, and know you look good, you can think and work much better.

My brain couldn't make sense of it when you sewed the crotch seams, I couldn't see how that was going to become pants...and then you flattened it out the other way and BAM - pants. LOL As you can probably tell I am brand new to sewing and I've never attempted pants so this blew my mind a little bit
