Also she was just coming into her powers, so maybe it didn’t affect her then. Like the poppy episode where it put Hilda and Zelda to sleep but it only made Sabrina drowsy.
Would it be possible for you to watch the episodes live? I would love to see your real time reaction to episodes and hear insights into the production, filming or other memories you may have. It's such a coincidence, I've been rewatching the series for the first time in years and stumbled upon this. I'm loving these videos! Sabrina has a special place in my heart, outstanding show that still holds up and has an amazing cast.
I loved Pancake Madness! It is one of my favorite episodes! It was nice to be taken down Memory Lane and revisit the it! Another of my favorite episodes is "The Crucible" where the class visits Salem to learn about the Puritans and the witch trials.
I have two favorite parts to the pancake episode. First is where Sabrina is cleaning to distract herself & after checking the clock multiple times, the last time she checks the clock starts going backwards. She then gets so frustrated with the clock she forgets she moved her bed & when she tries to fall back on it she falls over the bench at the foot of her bed.😂I also love the Other Realm border test that Zelda couldn't answer but Hilda could. And Zelda's like "but I know this, and this and..." and the guy stops her and says "No one in the mortal realm knows that". Can't forget Zelda retelling how she made it back to the Mortal realm because she switched off what the bar patrons were watching to watch & talk about Swan Lake, thus throwing her back over the border.🤣 Future episode to rewatch? I mean minus a few episodes here & there, seasons 1-3 are my fav (I like a good amount in season 4 though). Maybe The Long and Winding Shortcut? Aviary (😉) now & then I randomly quote what Sabrina said to Mrs. Quick after she's surprised to see Monty Hall "paid a little extra".😂
Season 3 was one of my favorite seasons. Naming a few of my favorites from that season would include Nobody Nose Libby…, The Big Sleep and Sabrina’s Real World . The sarcastic nature of the comedy and ingenious twists and turns of the storylines make for some really tantalizing eye juice.
So amazing! I love this! Shake your whammy fanny was definitely one of my favorite episodes! I wish there was a full song! I listened to the UA-cam mashup a lot when I was in school.
I used to love this as a kid. It was shown on cable TV (Nickelodeon) in my country, but I didn't have the station. I used to go around to my aunt's house and watch it with her (she had cable). We used to find it hilarious. When it was over I would do my homework and my aunt made me dinner. That was the late 90s. She died recently of cancer, when I visited her before she died we would look at Sabrina. Our fav ep when Sabrina found out she had a twin, after solving the family secret.
Watching this podcast from Santiago of Chile. Fan of Melissa since 1995 I was 7 years old. Now I'm 34 and still following Melissa's acting career. Blessings from far far away some place named Chile.
Possible watch shows: Hilda and Zelda the teenage years; First kiss; A River of candy corn; Sabrina Claus; Sabrina and the beanstalk; Sabrina and the pirates; Aging not so gracefully
Love sabrina!!! rewatching it now makes me laugh and smile! I am throughly enjoying every episode! I also started rewatching melissa and Joey! I love your acting it's the best!
I love you Melissa! I watch Sabrina a lot and my dog watches Sabrina while I’m at work lol. It is my comfort show. If you guys do rewatch a show I would love to see the episode after pancake madness that’s actually the Halloween episode of the third season. Honestly, any episode works.
I would love to see you interview more characters from the show! Libby, the quiz master, Salem, and dashel! One of my favorite episodes that would be a fun rewatch is the episode where you date the secret mortal hater! Loved this episode! Also loved the one where you finally learn the family secret and you meet your evil twin!
I actually have 170 episodes on dvr, binge watch on Sundays. Melissa is just as genuine as can be, I could meet her and it would be like I've known her for ever.
I rewatched all Episodes cause I realized I forgot everything and I really liked how Harvey was portrayed on the seventh’s season. I really loved. The morals and my kids can watch it now with me :)
Sabrina has such a special place in my heart. I have no idea just how many times I’ve rewatched the series and it still makes me so giddy , I feel like a little kid again. Also I’m pretty certain Helda married the train conductor from the Halloween episode where Sabrina and her friends get on that other realm murder mystery train ride. I remember it because Sabrina and her aunts complained about the amount of unicorn in the taffy if I’m not mistaken.
I know that this is a podcast for What Women Binge, but there a quite a few rewatch podcasts that are happening now and they're usually actors/actresses/fans of the shows and they haven't watched the show that they acted in, etc. They're rewatching the show from the beginning and talking about each episode and I have to tell you... I LOVE IT SO MUCH!!! 🥰 I can't really pick out a specific episode from STTW (Sabrina, The Teenage Witch) because I just loved watching it growing up and am doing a rewatch of the show on Hulu. I would LOVE to hear BTS of all the episodes, so maybe, talk about each episode in order! I would love to listen to the podcast if you did this, please!:🥰
There's a few times besides the pancake thing that Sabrina did not follow their Bible especially when it came to Sabrina's mom because she was supposed to be able to see her after she turned 18
would love a rewatch of the episode where Sabrina was allowed to tell Harvey and Valerie that she was a witch for one day by using the magic tickets, Harvey got to meet his favorite baseball player and Valerie got to meet her crush Drew Carey. One of the best episodes. ooo ooo and would love to hear the input of Sabrina's relationship with her mum .
I think I probably laughed harder than I ever have at anything when I saw this on TV as a kid. I relived the memory and laughed just as hard when I saw it again as an adult... only difference now is that on hulu I was able to rewind and relive it over and over!
In series where Hilida owns the coffee shop and Morgan gets a job, morgan is working at the coffee shop the 3 episodes after ots shows you morgan getting the job and reason why x
I think that the Hanson brothers actually were in one of the later college episodes. And if I remember correctly, mr. Kraft never married any of the sisters. I would love to hear you talk about a christmas episode or the 2-part finale of the whole show. But any other particular episode would also be good.
id love to see you rewatch Hilda & Zelda the teenage years, which is the one with the violent femmes. or love in bloom where sabrina has a candy heart, and the soulmates finale.
The house exteriors for this show were shot in Freehold, NJ. This knocks me out because that means that I was riding near this house on numerous occasions and never knew it!
That episode is also one of my favorites, I love it. Mr. Kraft never marries one of the aunts, Hilda gets married to another person in the season 6 finale.
This episode is probably the one where my little sister and I laughed the most upon first watch when it first aired. We were 7 and 5. Watching it as an adult, I totally get the addiction message, funnily enough both my sister and I struggled with addicted in our teens and early twenties. This episode is one of the best, it still holds up today ❤️❤️❤️
I forgot how much I loved this series …watched it all throughout middle school and high school. From watching bits of your channel I keep watching recommend Sabrina clips on UA-cam…I need a new Sabrina show…maybe you can be the Aunt this time :-)❤❤❤ Also loved you in Clarissa and No Good Nick!
One of the eposides you should watch is the one where Sabrina find the a (magical) typewriter, and use it for a writing project and it turns, Harvey, Val, and Mrs. Quick, into secert Agents, and it turned Libby and Mr. kraft into villians.
Hurray! After months of putting the pressure on our hosts to do a recap of a “Sabrina” episode, we finally got it as a Halloween treat. I loved how Melissa explained that she showed her son Tucker this episode as a conversation starter for sugar addiction, then segued into watching the movie “Old School” with her teenage sons, and Amanda called her out on being a “Leelee” (not sure about spelling) because her own mom offered to explain the birds and the bees to Amanda and her friends during a middle school sleepover while watching “American Pie.” I learned that Michael Gross’s sister (who doesn’t love the dad from “Family Ties”?) was the singing teacher in that episode, and that Melissa had to lick people’s fingers with pre-Covid sanitary protocols. In typical Melissa fashion, she gave props to all of the people who worked together to make the episode possible, such as Mark Sandrowski who also directed for “Friends” and “That 70s Show” and the talented writer Sheldon Bull. If our hosts ever do another “Sabrina” recap episode I’d first like them to comment on the pilot episode (we could see if the interwebs are correct in stating that she ate pancakes in that episode), and then the final episode (S07E22) called “Soul Mates” so that we can see how Melissa remembers feeling about the show’s ending.
I want a Funko pop of Sabrina the teenage witch too! When I did my Fall Decorations this year I searched high and low because I was sure they made one. So where do I sign to get production happening? Btw I was told since the show came out that I look like you. Even my 14 yr old son who binge watched Sabrina with me found my Senior pic and asked Mom why do you have a pic of Sabrina? I said That’s me!! We could be cousins I always say. Last Christmas at Disney World I was in a very expensive jewelry store at Disney Springs and everyone working there was whispering and pointing at me. I felt odd and finally the manager said Are you Melissa Joan Hart? I said No sadly I am not. They didn’t believe me. I ended up having to show them my drivers license because honestly they didn’t believe me. They were disappointed but thought I could pass for you. I take it as the highest compliment ever!!
So Stranger Things, they filmed at a school around the corner from our house, search Patrick Henry high School in Stockbridge, GA, and the picture actually has been updated to show Dawson Middle school. We lived 2 minutes away....
Do a rewatch of some of your favorite Melissa and Joey episodes. By the way my 10 year old has decided that Melissa and Joey is just adult Sabrina with amnesia not remembering she is a witch.
TEchinally Mr. Kraft marries neither of the sisters. Hilda's True love is a witch guy named Will (last name unknown) whom Hilda meets in the Other Realm when they had to chase after Sabrina when she took friends to a Halloween Mystery Train Tour.
Mr. Kraft did not marry Hilda nor Zelda in the end. However; The episode Melissa is talking about which she directed (One of my favorite episodes in the entire series) is I Fall To Pieces where Hilda believes she has found her soulmate in the other realm but Sabrina and Zelda believe he does not have her best interest at heart (Or Hart😉) so they get Zelda to seduce him in order to catch in the act only to realize Hilda and him were truly destined to be after she turns to stone and shatters into a million pieces, making Sabrina trade her love life in bringing Hilda back to life.
I think the confusing may lie in that Mr.Kraft's first name was Willard. So that's close to "Will" which is the only name we have for Hilda's Other Realm Soulmate
@@PrincessofEllaburwhat kind of lazy writing is that to have both love interests called Will? And not even give her supposed ‘soulmate’ a surname? It really seems as if the writers and crew of this show were so lazy and didn’t care about the details at all
Sabrina is my favorite show on the whole world !! It always put me on good mode 🤩 can you please coment about the episode where Harvey turns on a beast and Sabrina is all into look good and pretty for the king and queen for prom 🤩
You should talk to someone about doing a Sabrina the teenage witch revival with Nate richert as Harvey about Sabrina and Harvey as a married couple. Supporting cast - nick bakay as the voice of Salem , Caroline rea as Hilda and soliel moon Fry as Roxie .
Well Mel I love watching your channel u have tell us what’s your secret because u haven’t age a bit. What is your secret. Oh ya & I hope u have a great halloween. & I’ll give your channel 7/10 because u always makes me laugh
The episode is a great introduction like talking point for addiction, but (as an addict) one thing I'd say is it does NOT end so easy as it did for Sabrina. Like, you don't kinda rough-it through one night and then you're passed the cravings and withdrawal. It made that seem easy...but then again it's a kid show and they couldn't really show Sabrina puking and shitting and having seizures for a week.
Don't worry, we love the funky song from Sabrina in the UK, too! But, yes, it's different. I understand "fanny" means your butt in America? Here and in Australia it means "vagina" lol
This is also my favorite episode. That's funny. I agree. It is very physical and Melissa is awesome in it. I also love the embarassment episode. Don't remember the name.
What episode should we rewatch next?
Tell us about the creation of the pilot episode.
Harvey becoming a frog.
Dream date, season 1 episode 6! It's the episode in which Sabrina and her aunt's make dream dates out of man dough.
The Crucible
@@ДенисМихалев-т1з yes! the pilot would be great! info on castings / how everyone got their parts would be super interesting too! 🤩
Being the massive Sabrina nerd I am, I can confirm she had pancakes on the pilot episode. HOWEVER, she did not eat them.
True, she basically run away to school after the " we´re witches and you´re a witch too" thing
I agree she never actually ate them!
Also she was just coming into her powers, so maybe it didn’t affect her then. Like the poppy episode where it put Hilda and Zelda to sleep but it only made Sabrina drowsy.
Well, that WAS the pilot episode after all, and I noticed a LOT of plot holes and inconsistencies throughout the series.
