    As always very detailed instructional video no wonder I opted for an LED H4 bulb when i had my F3 .Even with the BMW I did the same thing as its a lot easier . I had an HID Extreme kit before on my 600 RR kit was awesome and very functional but I was not going to do all that work on the MV .High 5 for all your patience my friend

      Hey Mo! Yeah I know what you mean bro. I have LED's on the RSV4. It's a bit easier but not much lol. I went HID on the MV because I wanted brightness and a particular color. Check out part 2. It'll but up in about 30 mins.

    Great tutorial as usual. HID are still better than the Led headlight bulbs. HID works well with a reflector or projector. The beam reaches further vs LED’s. I do not drive at night. I wanted the white light vs the dirty yellow T shirt look of halogen. So I went with the leds since no battery harness and much smaller ballast. I was going for Aesthetics versus functionality. .

    Derrick trust me when I say, try to remove some fluids from the overflow tank to the MIN level.
    If it's warm and bike is running hot it will overflow or even destroy components with the current level you put in.
    I run coolant to MIN level and on a hot day it reaches 3/4 of overflow tank.
    PS: Why didnt you just go for a LED H4 bulb?, no wiring, no balast. Simple plug and play.

      666JL666 I went with the HID kit because LEDs still don't offer the color I want. I'm not convinced the coolant system is without air and I haven't run the bike up to temp yet per the service manual. Once I do that, the level should drop. If it doesn't, I can always remove some.

    Hey brother I recently got back into bikes after I fell in love with my MV F3. To my surprise, there is very little content on MVs. I find your videos very informational. Since I live in Goodyear, AZ feel free to use my bike for your videos (lol). Hey do you think you can make a video on how to remove the front fairing? Again, thank you for taking the time to help us save some money.

      Hey Neto. I'm sorry to say but I have some bad news brotha. First, I traded my F3 for track F4. Really regretting that but, hopefully I'll be adding an F3 back to the stable soon. Second l, I'm no longer in AZ. I moved back east and currently have several inches of snow on the ground. So I won't be riding anything until the spring.

    • @ESBKLife

      No haven't but, I gave it serious consideration. What turned me off to it was expense and the flush and fill process. You have to buy their pre-flush product to get all of the water out. It's not cheap lol

    • @ukcitizen1158
      @ukcitizen1158 5 років тому

      Cameras?
      A panoramic 180 degree integrated set up costs around $6000.
      That's nearly 50% of the value of an average sports bike.
      You going to pay that???
      Euro 5 is emissions law.
      If they don't conform to the emissions laws, they can't sell the bikes, so, cameras are the least of their worries.......

    I just found your channel. I like your how to style. I own a Brutale dragster RR. Are you running Angel GT tires on your MV? I was considering (because I don't track this bike) switching up for longevity. I was very happy with the Angels on my 690 supermoto, I just wasn't sure if they could handle the higher hp of the MV. My name is Derek BTW, 👍.

      What's up Derek! Thx for checking out my channel. The Angel GTs were ok for casual street riding. But they suck ass on the track. Regrettably, I no longer have the F3. Instead I have two F4s lol. One for track the other for street. The street bike wears Bridgestone RS10s.

    Hey! Thx for the video man.
    Just wanted to know what r the things that u do on normal servicing of this bike? Oil and filter change and coolant and?

    • @ESBKLife
      @ESBKLife  6 років тому

      Hey Tassy. That depends on time & milage and which bike we're talking about. For my street bikes, weekly services consists of checks, adjustments and cleanings. I check for loose nuts & bolts regularly, I check chain tension weekly and clean & lube every other week. But other services are pretty much done per the manufacturer's recommendations in the manual. If we're talking about my track bike. I do oil & filters (oil & air) every 3 - 4 track days, valve check & adjustment per the manual, fork oil & coolant change once a year, checks and adjustments and cleaning before & after each track day.

      This is what I’d like to see. It’s very hard to find any really detailed video on maintenance for the MV. I like how you explain everything and are very specific with the work that you are doing to the bike. I’d love to see you’re valve checks, chain cleaning and lubrication, spark plugs and any other maintenance you do on the MV. I’d also love to see all tools and brands of fluids recommended as well. I’ll obviously be watching and recommending all videos for your bikes as well.

    Hi ESBKLIFE! You have some great videos on how to! My question to you is I'm having a serious rpm issue with my 2015 Agusta F4. The RPM's rev extremely high for no reason at all. I tried turning the throttle to lower the rpm's but they just keep raving extremely high. Can you help?

    • @ESBKLife
      @ESBKLife  6 років тому +1

      Hey ChromeDove, I'm no professional tech and without knowing more about the bike, it's hard to say. But if I had to guess I'd say one or more of your sensors are out of sync? Probably the throttle position sensor. Unfortunately, the only way to sync them is with the dealer diagnostics software. I had a similar problem with my 1199 Panigale, only my would shut off not rev lol

    Why isn’t engine ice and other coolants allowed at the track? I’m assuming you endorse water wetter over other brands? Is that the Pitbull one armed rear stand on your rear wheel?

    • @ESBKLife
      @ESBKLife  6 років тому +2

      What's up Wheelz? It's really up to the track. Antifreeze and products like it are super slippery and very touch to clean off the track. As a result they only allow certain coolant products. This is from the Chuckwalla Rule book "Only water, Water Wetter and Cool Aid are allowed as coolant". Water Wetter isn't one of my sponsors..... yet ;) but, I use it because it works and every track I ride at allows it, so I already know my bike is in compliance.

    Strueth! Just getting the fairing off looks like a nightmare. Not exactly the dzus fasteners of the Ducatis. I am thinking of getting one of these but I can see that services are going to cost a fortune in labour! Very interesting video, although I have no idea why you are changing the coolant. How often would you need to do that?

    • @ESBKLife
      @ESBKLife  5 років тому

      Well it was purchased preowned and unless you know the bike and owner very well, you should always change all of the fluids once you take possession. Every 2 years is recommended by most manufacturers for street bikes.

    • @ESBKLife

      I run distilled water and either MoCool or Water Wetter. Follow the mix ratio on your coolant additive instructions. If you're running antifreeze, a 50/50 mix is recommended.

    • @ESBKLife
      @ESBKLife  6 років тому

      Raule_19 M sorry I don't have that info however, it's not required to drain, flush and fill your system. You fill the system until it's full. Bleed the air then fill some more. Continue the process until the fluid level in the radiator stops dropping.
