Great video to watch before working out. Personally, I really enjoy listening to these kinds of videos while lifting, but when it’s just a voiceover, it’s not quite so motivating. I like listening to the guys speak and lift - much more inspiring than an auto-tuned voice talking about other guy’s arms. Not attacking the video, just saying I’d love more like that.

After doing a bit of research I believe Arnold stole the ‘80 Olympia from Mentzer.
But Mentzer was short looked like a midget.
My arms are 9.125" My goal is double digits by the end of the year. Not to brag, but I think I can get there by Nov 1. It's gonna require a lot of hard work, but I'm prepared to go through the pain barrier.
