    एयरपोर्ट और फिल्म सिटी डिवेलप नहीं हुए हैं . किसान की जमीन को सस्ते मे ले कर आम जनता से पैसा उगाही का तरीका अच्छा है . सरकार की जंगल मे भी अच्छी कमाई हो रही है ।

    Like if I get allotted 120 sq meter . The register is around 310000 rs.
    But final payment of the land Kitna hoga ?

      Mostly all plots on 90-100 years lease, Post that government will have the right to take them back... But given that period is so long , it's equivalent to purchase only

    My Questions are: 1) If there is no allotment, usually in how much time do Authority refund the Deposit money (the 10 percent one)?
    2) After successful allotment, by when can one sell his plot to any other party? Can one sell only after possession (which is after 5 years of allotment) or right after getting allotment?

      The 10% will be refunded after a lottery. Sometimes the lottery gets delayed 2-3 months. And you can sell only after registered deed which will take near about 10 years.. because 2013-2014 wale allotment bhi abhi registered nhi kiye hai authority ne
