Brand new subscriber! I went through the transition to gray hair a couple years ago. It wasn’t always fun but I am SO happy with my white hair now! It took exactly a year to grow to about chin length. For those on the way, it’s worth it!
I decided 3 months ago to go gray. I'm 73 years old. I have surfed the web for videos and photos and I love yours the best. I have purchased the Lily pillow case, the Chia spin and curl & I'm on my way. I found a few hints on other ladies sites that I'm trying too. Red lipstick, bold jewelry to distract from the line of demarcation and hats. Here I go. Thanks for the tips.
I’m 70 and have colored my hair since my early 40’s. I have very thin, fine hair. My hairdresser says coloring my hair gives it texture and volume that I would lose if I let it go natural. I believe her as it gets harder for me to style when I’m needing color. I see pictures of my grandmother and mother and their hair looked lifeless in pictures. So I doubt I ever go gray. I so wish I could but am thinking it just wouldn’t work! You are a lovely lady and because of your beauty, you have the choice. Thank you so much for sharing your life with the rest of us.
Thank you Myrna! I too have very fine hair and wonder what the texture will be like. The up-side is that many of my gray strands are more coarse and will hopefully give me some texture. Going gray is not for everyone - and that is perfectly okay. I appreciate your encouragement and hope you are enjoying a lovely week! 💙😊💙
I'm also your age and can't imagine looking 20 years older. The younger and better I look the better I feel. I think it would be detrimental to My overall health.
I loved the silk scarf colors on you. Congratulations on your decision to go gray! Women who embrace their changes always seem to inspire me. It takes confidence to buck our youth culture, successfully. You are a good example of doing so with grace and beauty. Thanks so much!
Thank you so much Cheryl! It can be tough to age gracefully in our culture. I hope that more women will choose the natural aging process and in turn encourage other women to embrace the beauty that comes with age! I have noticed more mature, gray ladies in advertising, so maybe we are on our way! Have a great week! 💜😊💜
Hi Tijana! I'm so glad you are on board and that you are pleased with your decision! I am looking forward to being where you are and find your success very encouraging! 💙😊💙
I stopped coloring my hair some years ago, and it is now completely variegated silver with some white streaks around my temples. Like you, Robin, that is where I went gray first. Once that decision was made, I never looked back. I was so fed up with root touch-ups and the feeling that my once silky, shiny hair was turning dry and frazzled from the dye, no matter how much I conditioned it. I cannot tell you how many compliments I receive on my hair now and how often I hear women say they wish they had the courage to let theirs grow out. I wholly support you! Both you and your sister have lovely gray growing in! (from a "Winter")
Thank you so much! That is very encouraging! I find myself noticing women with gray hair more and admiring them for their choice. But I truly think that gray/silver/salt&pepper is beautiful and very flattering on many women. 💙😊💙
I started letting my gray grow out about the same time as you. It looks great on you. I'm also a true summer so thankfully the silver suits us pretty well.
I stopped dying my hair a year ago. I love my gray (it’s actually white). So glad I did it. Good luck and I’m sure you will love your gray hair too. I also use a silk pillow case.
It took me a full year to grow out my hair to chin length. I got SO tired of coloring it. I have never gotten so many compliments even by strangers who stop me in stores! I love the freedom from coloring and you will, too!
Thank you! That is so encouraging! I wish that my hair grew that quickly. I think it will take at least 2 years and then I plan to cut my hair and finally be rid of the artificial color! It really helps to hear how pleased you are with your decision! 💙😊💙
I started my journey to grey hair with you. Just made sense to stop dying my hair. My hair is short and layered so my old dyed hair is completely gone. I love my grey hair! Very freeing.
Excellent! I can't wait until my colored hair can be chopped! 😄 I agree that it is freeing not coloring my hair each month. That is a benefit that can be experienced immediately! Thanks for the encouragement and have a great week! 💛😊 💛
I managed my transition by having gray highlights put in my coloured hair and then increased them and then let them all grow out. It's taken about two years and I am now entirely my natural colour but I do have shorter hair than you. Most people dont believe that my hair is not dyed! It's great you can share this journey with your sister. I am 13 months older than mine so we so go through a lot of life stages together-sisters are the best!
That's great Jane! I love hearing from women like you that are happy with their choice to go natural. I did a few face framing highlights in the beginning and it helped. I think silver hair is beautiful and can't wait to get there entirely! I'm so glad you have a sister as well! We are blessed! 💜😊💜
Several years ago I let my hair grow out and I feel so free! No more chemicals are being poured on my head. :-) I colored my hair for years but got tired of doing it every 6 - 8 weeks. It only took about a year to grow out. I just found your channel.
I love that you have a sister to go through this with, Robin.👭 I'm at 8 months, so I'm really starting to see what the end result will be. So many natural streaks & highlights! I love it! Using a purple shampoo & conditioner is transformative. Turns my gray into sparkling diamonds! Only really really hard moment, so far, was the week of Christmas, feeling "yuck" about being photographed or places where being dressed up was important. But, I knew it was a short season. I'm carrying on. Seeing the damaged, burnt-looking ends from constant redyeing is also a great reminder to me to persevere. 🙌🙌
I’m late to the party but I have been transitioning my hair to grey since 2018. I’m a master esthetician of over 30 years and I believe in NATURAL beauty. Thank you for this. I wish there were more videos ! 🍑 I’m going to make one!
I stopped dying my hair close to a year ago. I was 36 then and was at a point where I had to retouched every 3 weeks. I come from a family of beautiful white hair in early age. I do get looks but I am vegan and knowing I am not putting harsh chemicals in my body makes me happy. I cut my hair very short on the sides and left the front a bit longer to make the process faster. Glad to see more videos and women loving their bodies the way God made us.
Thank you Valentina! That is very encouraging to me. I am inspired by all of the women like you that are embracing how God created them. Silver hair is so beautiful and hopefully as more women proudly choose to let theirs shine, our culture will embrace it too! 💜😊💜
If you don't want grey hair a diet change is nessesary. I helped mom's and grandmoms go over night to a organic Wholefoods plant based diet. A abundance of fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds, beans and rice. Grains need to be while grains only. No refined foods out of boxes, cans. Do eat sweet potatoes, root veggies. Use only organic raw 2 x a teaspoon non heated maple syrup, it's very healthy., Also 2 teaspoons twice a day of sulfur free molasses. Important is 5 servings or organic fruits with skin and seeds daily. Blending not juicing. Vegan B12, Org Wholefoods Multi, D3 min 500 iu and daily sun, or daily organic mushrooms for Vitamin D. Light excercise or pumping weights. ( Important) No non stick cookware, aluminum foils, any prepackaged foids, animal products or negativity. Turn News off the TV. Your Welcome. Shortcuts won't work. Transform you now. Today.
I didn’t want to go gray because i was and may look for another job, sorry but there is bias against age, but I look forward to shedding this every few task! Thanks for your videos
We have similar coloring. I'm 52. Been coloring for about ten years. I have about 1 1/2 to 2 inches of silver on my crown and sides, over my ears. I haven't colored my hair since September 27. In a few days, it will be five months.
I know it was hard at first to transition to gray. It took me about 10 years to. finally let go...last year I finally did the big CHOP and received so many compliments... I'm glad I'm finally stop being a slave too my hair...my husband really helped me with this...thank u babe...
That’s great Carol and so encouraging! What a blessing to have your husband’s support. Mine is behind whatever I decide and always makes me feel beautiful too! 💜😊💜
I stopped coloring my hair quite a few years ago. I am 60+ and the only gray I have, is around the face. Sometimes I wish it would hurry up and become all gray, but enjoy not coloring any longer. You look fabulous. You have a beautiful complexion.
Robin, thanks for your wonderful video. I was unable to sleep, so watching your video was a nice relaxing way to spend my sleepless time. As usual you give us mature ladies great tips and information in a gentle and respectful manner. Have a blessed day.
Thank you! I’m sorry you are having trouble sleeping - that can be so frustrating! I am learning to deal with that more and more as a mature lady! Have a great week! 🧡😊🧡
I have never dyed my hair and now I'm in my mid forties, I do have greys but I don't even worry about it. Both my grandmother and my mother transitioned and it was, especially in my grandma's case, really a shock to go from dark brown to grey. My mum was a natural red head who "topped up" her colour for years, then went blonder and transitioned to grey. I think you ladies who embrace your silver crown of glory look very lovely and can't wait to be more silver myself.
Thank you! It is very liberating to embrace the natural color and age with grace. It is refreshing to hear you say that you are looking forward to more gray when so many women are obsessed with covering them up. I used to be on that hamster wheel and I'm so glad to have stepped off! 💛😊 💛
I have been contemplating a plan to transition to white hair. I'm 48 now, by 65 I want my hair white. Right now it's reddish brown. So through the years my color will lighten and transition to white. I've never considered looking into colors, it's seems my colors are fall but I will look into that as I transition. Thank you for your videos, you give me things to think about and ii really appreciate your tips on organisation and efficiency.
Thank you Laura! Good for you for planning your transition - I'm sure that is a great way to insure that you ease into your natural color and are happy with it. The color analysis is very fun and really helped me to be more confident with my color choices. I hope you will have fun with it too! 💜😊💜
I colored my hair for about five years until my gray seemed to be all over. Because I have always kept my hair fairly short, it took about six months to grow in completely. I was always a Summer, but now wear more of Winter's jewel tones which are also good for my fair skin. Honestly, I am so happy to be embracing my natural gray. Recently, someone asked me who "did my color" and when I said God does it, the woman gave me a huge smile and announced she was going to trust and do the same!
I'm happy to have found your channel. All the channels I have been watching were mom's of young kids. They mostly left me with regret since my children are 14 and 16. I searched Christian mom and your channel came up! I watched your winter morning routine from last year. I too have a special needs son. I am a new subscriber and look forward to following you.
Thank you and welcome! I am so glad you found me. It sounds like we have a lot in common and I look forward to seeing you here again soon. I hope you have a great day! 💛😊💛
Hi Robin - your hair is really looking pretty and healthy. My daughters, granddaughter and I all have “dishwater” blonde hair. I still am coloring my hair. I get it frosted every three months or so and it doesn’t damage my hair because I keep it short. My hair dresser says I have very little gray. My oldest daughter currently has her hair colored a chestnut brown but she has lots of gray. My youngest daughter has let hers go gray and not doing anything to transition. She just stopped but her gray is blending in nicely. She has lots of gray too. Even my granddaughter has gotten on the hair color train. Over Christmas she decided to dye her hair and eyebrows black. I thought that would really look bad but it looks nice on her. She is 21 and has very long hair so I don’t know how it will look going forward. My mother used to say she would like to see all our hair color natural once before she died. She never did get to see that. HA!
Thank you Donna! We women all have strong opinions and unique ideas when it comes to our hair! 😄 The important thing, I think, is that we can all feel comfortable with whatever decision we make. I have received a few negative comments, but many, many more compliments and words of encouragement. If you are happy with your decision, then you are doing the right thing! It's always great to hear from you and I hope you are having a wonderful week! 💚😊💚
Im mid thirties and stopped colouring my hair 4 years ago, the greys are starting to come through the temple too, not too many yet but i can see them. Im actually really excited to transition to grey. My hairs really long and i think it will take maybe another 10 years. My husband loves the greys.
Thanks for sharing ❤ I'm not quite ready to stop colouring my hair, I turn 40 at the end of the month but I have so much grey hair I feel very self-conscious about it. Maybe in a few years I'll be ready to stop but I applaud you for having the confidence to go natural xx
Hi Tina! I'm here for you if you ever make the decision to ditch the dye! It isn't easy at 40 to go gray, although there is now more support than ever and tons of women even younger than you that have made the choice. I found it helpful to follow #grombre and #silversisters on Instagram for tons of inspiration from women of all ages. In the end, it has to be something that feels right for you. 💛😊 💛
Thank you for sharing. I had never intended to color my hair in any way, but yrs ago I caved to a couple of friends, 1 being my hairdresser. After losing my hair due to chemo after breast cancer back in 2001, I decided that would be the perfect time to quit with the hair coloring. However, my hair is straight and fine, so I kept having perms. As I’ve aged and I have mostly gray hair the perms weren’t taking as well and my hair was slower to grow. I have decided to quit the perms and am just getting trims as my hair grows longer without the damage of the perms. It’s quite a transition from the perms, but I’m getting used to it. My stylist is great and encouraging and says my hair is looking and feeling much healthier. I’m not a purist/naturalist as far as chemicals go (I haven’t gotten to that point yet, but every little bit of change helps.”) Baby steps ... I just decided I no longer wanted all of the chemicals put on my head and seeping into my system.
I think that is a great choice Rhonda! Congratulations on beating cancer! It feels much better to me as well to be rid of the chemicals that I used to subject myself to in order to cover the natural aging process. Any type of hair transition can be traumatic, so I'm glad that you found a hairdresser who supports your decision and encourages you! 💜😊💜
Good evening Robin. My hair is a natural shade of medium Auburn. The strands of gray are white, so this makes my hair look naturally highlighted. Sometimes to soften my overall hair color, my stylist runs a toner rinse, not color, through my hair during shampoo. As for Lilysilk, I regularly use their pillowcases and here’s why... Originally, I bought them about two years ago because of very bad facial skin dryness and sudden breakouts all over my face as a result of extremely cold and overly dry air from October through March where I live. All qualities of my cotton bedding pillowcases only added to my skin problems, and even though I use a good moisturizer etc. my skin was getting worse. Had to see a dermatologist for the first time for treatment. Between that and using Lilysilk pillowcases, I’ve had a 90% overall improvement. I get those sleep lines you speak of. Great for my hair too.🌹
Thank you Cricket! That is a great benefit of the silk pillow cases that I wasn’t aware of. I’m so glad you found the solution to your skin issues- and a natural one too! Thank you for sharing that. I’m sure many other women could also benefit. 💛😊💛
Faith and Flour , you’re welcome! I had no idea that overly dry facial skin could result in skin problems. What happens is you have an over production of the natural skin oils. Also learned that certain essential oil ingredients can cause problems when used in small humidifiers or diffusers too. Always learning something.😊
Hi Linda! When and if you are ready I’ll be here. I have been very inspired by women of all ages at #silversisters and #grombre on Instagram. You may want to check them out. 💙😊💙
Hi...I'm new to your UA-cam and thoroughly enjoying! I'm 75 and stopped dying my hair about 10 years ago. I could not be happier to not have to dye my hair...I did it myself and found it to be a bit messy and I did not want to pay the high prices that salons charge. Anyway, I am a Winter (cool) in color and now have silver hair which I love! My hair is short, but I've actually worn my hair short for many years.
I keep thinking I’m ready for the journey but then I just realize I’m not and color it. My hairdresser is helpful and encouraging but I guess I’ll know when I’m ready. It sounds so freeing to be done with that so I’m sure it’ll be soon. Thank you for sharing and you look beautiful!
Use only organic raw non heated maple syrup, it's very healthy. Plus 2x daily sulfer free molasses. Both 2 teaspoon minimum. Important is 5 servings or organic fruits with skin and seeds daily. I really enjoyed today's video. I think I'll take that quiz. I have another suggestion for you to avoid frizz. When you dry your hair after a shower don't use a towel. A towel creates frizz too, use an old t-shirt or a micro fiber towel.
Hi Robin, Your hair looks beautiful. I think you will be very happy with your decision when it is completely grown out. I am 63 and have not ever colored my hair. I bought a book on how to cut hair and I cut or trim my own hair now. When I would go to a salon for a trim afterward my hair would not curl right--it just would be wispy or something. I got tired of that and learned myself. I have very long hair going half way down my back, but I cut it so it is graduated or tapered so it curls nice and has some interest in shape (kind of like Sleeping Beauty, but not as fairytale like). I also cut bangs that are side swept which works on me. I curl my hair with T3 Hot Rollers by putting my hair in a high pony tail and putting 4 hot rollers in. It ends up looking kind of like a bun on top of my head. I can do this and get other things done while my hair is curling. When I take it down I run a brush through it, put a thin hairband in it and it's done. My hair is blonde with a little white "grey" through it. I don't care what color it is I am just thankful that I have hair and it is healthy. As always I enjoyed your video. I got my E-Cloths and have been amazed at how well they work! Thank you for recommending them. Have a blessed day! xo, Karen
Thank you Karen! Your hair sounds beautiful and I think it's wonderful that you are confident to cut and style it so that it works for you and you are happy. I'm so glad you are enjoying the E-Cloths. I love mine and as you know I use them often! I hope you are having a lovely day and God Bless! 💛😊 💛
I've always thought the grey in your hair was very pretty :-). I'm a redhead and haven't had to deal with any grey hairs yet but I like to think I'd be embracing the grey.
I am really happy I found you! my last hair dye was October 2016 :) you look GREAT! I am looking forward to watching your transition.my hair is much healthier. I went cold turkey and had to live with a huge line of demarkation bc I am very white / all gray and my dyed hair was dark brown...2 things I wish I had done ... I wish I had gotten some low lights to soften the line, and also, I wish I had just chopped off the dyed hair sooner, for some reason I was very attached to my long hair - but when I did a big chop I actually felt lighter and free :) now it is just at collar bone length and I am currently trying out different extensions - but having trouble finding some good gunmetal / salt and pepper ones that look natural to take to my stylist to custom cut. I do miss my loner hair - anyways, I am excited to find you and think you are fabulous and inspiring! I am really enjoying your videos! xo and hugs, Donna.
Hi Robin!!Sorry for my late comment but your video is what I needed!!!I was thinking about what to do with my hair...I have NEVER dyed my hair and I am 42 with no grey hair...just a couple of then near my ears.My hairdresser suggested I should get them dyed but I am not sure....Any thoughts????
Hi Eleftheria! That is where my gray started too. For several years I dyed just those areas using a color touch up kit. I wouldn’t go for all over color, but of course the choice is yours. If you want to stay natural, embrace it and don’t let anyone make feel that covering your grays is necessary. 💚😊💚
I’m 46 and stopped dyeing my hair about 9 years ago. I didn’t want all of the chemicals on my scalp anymore. I don’t have a lot of gray hair yet, but my hair color is a mousy brown now and I don’t really like it. Maybe curling it will help. Thank you for the idea.
Hi Christy! Be glad that you won't need to transition - I wish that I had never started coloring, but that's water under the bridge at this point! 😄 Changing your style (like curling) is a great way to give new life to your hair, so I would encourage you to try it! 💜😊💜
I think my soon to be gray hair (11 weeks into my journey) will have the same pattern as yours. I did buy a silk pillowcase using your code - thanks for the recommendation.
Thank you Lisa! I'm so excited for you and I'm here to encourage you. If you are on Instagram you might want to follow #grombre and #silversisters. I get a lot inspiration there. I hope you enjoy your pillowcase. It is a small luxury that makes a real difference. Have a great Sunday! 💛😊 💛
I tried to go natural at one point. I actually did it for a couple of years, but I looked so lifeless and drab. I'm wondering if color analysis would benefit me. I was analyzed in the 80's and they actually recommended I highlight my hair since it went darker after my first pregnancy. I did the online analysis at colorwise. The analysis there agreed with what I had done before but they fine tuned it. I would love to stop highlighting my hair. The cost just keeps going up. I love your channel! 💗
Thank you Kim! I'm glad that you are trying the color analysis. Hopefully it will help to brighten your face with makeup and clothes that complement your skin tone. I think it could be a game-changer! I am with you on the cost. I tried highlighting a while back and would rather use my money in more meaningful ways. If you ever decide to make the transition, I will be here to cheer you on! 💜😊💜
I am doing the same thing. Hair dye causes cancer. You are very beautiful so it will look good when all is said and done. I actually feel it looks stupid to not have natural color hair at a given point. What’s wrong with aging gracefully? Kudos to you.
I agree Elizabeth! What is wrong with being happy with the color God gave us? Gray hair can be quite flattering, because it softens our faces. I am glad to see more gray haired models and women making the transition on social media. 💛😊💛
Bom para você Juliana! Tenho certeza de que você está linda - e você nunca terá que passar pela frustração de deixar seus cabelos coloridos crescerem.💜😊💜
You look lovely. I so want my hair to get gray, but at 70 years it is not happening yet! My Mama had the most beautiful white/silver hair with curls. I have dark straight, fine hair. So, embrace your wise decision. You would be beautiful with a sack on your head anyway! Your lovely spirit shines. I enjoy your videos especially watching you clean in fast motion! IF ONLY ! GOD BLESS.
Thank you Jeanna! It really helps that my mom has done it and my sister and I are doing it together. Your encouragement means so much and I really appreciate your support! Have a wonderful week and God bless you as well! 💜😊💜
I want to do this! But my good friends tell me I am too young still to do this....I am 47. I am a bit concerned it would wash me out too. Glad you are doing this!
Hi Madison! If you want to do it, then you will have to ignore the negative/unsupportive advice. I have had a few people tell me that as well, but I am committed to giving it a try. If it's a disaster I can always go back to coloring, but I am hoping for the best and getting lots of inspiration from other women. If you are on Instagram you might want to follow #grombre and #silversisters. I will be here for support as well. In the end do what feels authentic to you! 💜😊💜
I am sure you will still be beautiful. People are actually having their hair dyed grey these days. Look at all the time you will have for other things.
Hi, Robin, I like your gray. Embrace it! It's a color of maturity and wisdom, not of age! (At least that's what I tell my 70-year-old self!) BTW, I very much appreciate your posting a video which has nothing to do with cleaning. My personal bias.
Thankyou for this video. I'm at 4 full months of not colouring my hair. I have fine hair and my greys aren't course as yet. As I live in Australia and have been experiencing a very hot summer, I have worn a sunhat when possible to hide the demarkation line. Again, thankyou and I look forward to watching your transition.
I completed my transition in December. I chose to do a pixie cut as I knew I'd never make it living with the demarcation line. I LOVE it. People stop me and compliment my hair quite frequently. My teenage daughter loves it and most 20-30 something's do too. The few critical comments I've received came from women my age (I'm 51). Something else I noticed is I started taking B12 because of some dietary changes I've recently made, and it caused my hair and eyebrows to darken. My hair is still silver, but its quite a bit darker. Any all the grey in my eyebrows went away.
This video was so interesting and informative. You did a great job explaining your hair experience and you have lots of good tips and suggestions. I am not yet ready to stop coloring my hair but my sister has let her hair return to it's natural color and now she has a beautiful head of grey hair. I am going to check out the color season analysis that you listed. I struggle with knowing the best colors for me. Thanks for the info.
Thank you Belynda! It took me a while to make the decision, and it certainly isn't for everyone - which is perfectly okay! I hope you enjoy finding out your season of color. I found it to be super helpful and fun. I hope you are enjoying a great week! 💜😊💜
Why not just skip the transition and get your hair colored gray or at least highlights of gray. all over gray is trendy right now. I would be doing this but my gray seems to be coming in as highlights all over thank goodness. Nothing looks worse than half way down your hair brown/dark blonde then gray.
Just my opinion of course, but I think the gray will only make you look older, and drab. I am almost 61 and have blonde hair that is graying, and will always color my hair. Do what makes you happy., but no gray for me !! 💐💐💐💐💐💐💐
You are definitely entitled to your opinion and yours is one that many women share. I am very committed to my decision, but if I find that I am not happy with my choice, I can always go back to coloring. But, just maybe I can show other women that gray does not equal drab. 💜😊💜
Hi Claudia! I do plan to cut my hair to shoulder length sometime this year. I am looking forward to the time when all of the colored hair can be chopped! 😄 Thank you for the advice and have a wonderful week! 💛😊💛
I am 48 and transitioned 5 yrs ago. I started with a very short pixie cut. Now i am so happy with my long gray hair. Cheers!
Hi, Robin! I'm 38 and this is my 2nd year of full transition to grey. And it is so liberating!
Great job, I'm with you 100% 👩🦳
That’s great Konnie! I am so encouraged by that! And I wish that I had discovered silk pillow cases long ago! 😄💙
It’s beautiful! I stopped dying my hair in 2018 and I get far more compliments on my hair now than I ever did before.
Thank you that is so encouraging! That makes me look forward to when this transition is complete all the more! 💚😊💚
Thank you Verna and welcome! That is so encouraging! 💛😊💛
Good for you Amanda! I'm so glad to have you on this journey with me! 💙😊💙
@@FaithandFlour I feel the same about you, Robin! You are such an example of grace & beauty to us all!😘😘
I’m late to the party but I have been transitioning my hair to grey since 2018. I’m a master esthetician of over 30 years and I believe in NATURAL beauty. Thank you for this. I wish there were more videos ! 🍑 I’m going to make one!
I love my gray hair! I use a non/chemical shampoo and a bit of argan oil to keep it healthy. It has not looked this good in years!
That’s great Stefania! I’m really looking forward to that. Thank you for the encouragement! 🧡😊🧡
( Important)
No non stick cookware, aluminum foils, any prepackaged foids, animal products or negativity.
Thank you Alice! It’s so good to hear that you are happy with your natural color and looking forward to more gray! 🧡😊🧡
I am loving the tone of the new sparkly growth
Thank you!
That is awesome Joy! I love it!
💛😊💛
I love that Emily and love that your husband is so supportive! 💛😊 💛
@@FaithandFlour he is going grey quicker than me 😂
Thanks for sharing ❤ I'm not quite ready to stop colouring my hair, I turn 40 at the end of the month but I have so much grey hair I feel very self-conscious about it.
I am 56 and have similar grey pattern as your. More white/grey at temples and darker on the rest. I am not ready to stop coloring.
Thank you Susan and welcome! That is so encouraging to hear! 💙😊💙
Thank you Rebecca! It's not the right decision for everyone for sure, but when and if you are ready I'll be here for encouragement! 💙😊💙

I really enjoyed today's video. I think I'll take that quiz. I have another suggestion for you to avoid frizz.
When you dry your hair after a shower don't use a towel. A towel creates frizz too, use an old t-shirt or a micro fiber towel.
Thank you Janet! That is a great tip. I need to check into getting a microfiber towel for that purpose. I hope you are having a great day! 💜😊💜
Faith and Flour Thanks Robin
Thank you Libby! I hope that by the time you need to make the decision this will be inspiring for you. 💙😊💙
I stopped dying my hair when I was 50 years old. I think your hair is going to look beautiful! You have such a very nice complexion.😍❤️👍🏻
Thank you so much Debbie! It really helps to hear that you have already taken this journey and are happy with the results!
💚😊💚
This is the first time I see you with a camera up close and you are so beautiful and it's all natural beauty
Thank you Madelin! Your kind words made my day! Have a wonderful day and God Bless! 💙😊💙
💜😊💜
Good morning Faith -
Love your suggestions and tips - great video
Sorry good morning Robin - too early this morning
Thank you so much Manon! Have a great day! 💚😊💚
Pillowcases for less wrinkles on the face?? I’m sold! 😂
Seriously! 😆

🍃Looking so graceful🍃💛🍃 thank you for sharing Robin, appreciate you always🍃
Thank you so much Karen! I appreciate you as well! 💜😊💜
I always hated my hair color so covered jt with color. When I retired I quit coloring and love my gray color now.
That is so great to hear Donna! I'm really looking forward to the gray! 💚😊💚
Darker brows and brighter lipstick would also brighten up your face
I enjoyed this video! Loved seeing you and how pretty you are!🙏🏻👏
Thank you Cindy! That is so very sweet of you to say. God bless! 🧡😊🧡
Hair is much healthier without colour. Women are more beautiful as they grow older if they go natural- you can age gracefully and naturally.
Thank you! I agree! 🧡😊🧡
Thank you Brenda! Gray does seem to be quite trendy at the moment! 😄 And I am enjoying my time in other ways which is so liberating!💜
Hi, Robin, I like your gray. Embrace it! It's a color of maturity and wisdom, not of age! (At least that's what I tell my 70-year-old self!) BTW, I very much appreciate your posting a video which has nothing to do with cleaning. My personal bias.
Thank you Linda! 💚😄💚
You look gorgeous and your hair looks so healthy. Bravo 👏🏼
Thank you so much Dori! I hope you are having a great day! 💚😊💚
YayI'm first GM 🌞 😘💜 💋
Thank you! 💛😊💛
Love your videos , cut your length very 3 moths to shloulder leght , will make you look younger ( I’m a Hair styles )
Hi Claudia! I do plan to cut my hair to shoulder length sometime this year. I am looking forward to the time when all of the colored hair can be chopped! 😄 Thank you for the advice and have a wonderful week! 💛😊💛
