- In America we all dream big, this is the journey of an immigrant. Richard Carrier came to America after quitting school in Canada in the eight grade seeking work. With little English speaking ability, he taught himself. Through self sacrifice, hard work and a sense for the business world, Richard is every bit what this country stands for.
