    I hurt my back on DL on the left side and I think we need to adjust grip left to right hand3d or just do front grip for safer and it builds better anyway . Should only DL every 2 weeks for True recovery and building .

      I always switch left to right i just pushed to hard to fast didn't deadlift for a while then decided to max out not very smart but im mostly better now
