It seems that mission 2 has a bit of a virtua cop feel there without the "help me" and "don't shoot me!". Well done with this special mode! I say this certainly is great practice in building in accuracy, speed and dexterity overall! Is a chase shot like a quick shot term where you shoot down an enemy quickly before it has the chance to shoot?
No. A chase shot refers to any shot you can place onto an enemy soldier after the first shot aka the kill shot is placed. According to the official site, each shot and wounded foot soldier can be shot two more times (making a maximum of three shots per soldier of which the first shot is the kill shot and the other two shots are chase shots).
There is some clear Virtua Cop inspiration in having the civilians like this. Happy it is a helpful mode for you too! ace5566 described chase shots, it's the shots after an enemy has been taken out, usually in Time Crisis games, they can take 2 extra shots.

How in crikey fuck do you do the day 2 extra mission? The second I reload the combo stops. It's literally inpossibly to get more than 9 unless there's something I've missed.
Dammit, Smraedis! You beat me to it! I was in the (admittedly slow) process of recording All Gold Crisis Missions for this game, as well. Though I guess I was also being rather unreasonable with myself, since I also wanted to do them all with 100% accuracy, 100% kills and all 3 shots kills. Still, great video! Very entertaining to see you play TC2 again. PS: I wonder what the World Record for score in the Richard Miller fight is? I managed to get 52k on video once.
I've seen you've done videos on this game before too! I understand it's quite hard to get gold on every single mission, so hope my video can help. Getting perfect or near-perfect scores on every single mission would take a long time! And regarding Final Mission 1, I'm not sure how much more could be gained, as the only scoring factors are only speed and 100% accuracy in that mission. My aim was to get 1'20"
@@Smraedis I managed to get perfect missions on 13 out of 32 of them. I wanted to bulk upload them all at once but that's looking more and more unrealistic with time. In the case of the Richard Miller fight, that one I allowed myself to miss for the sake of a faster run and higher score, which I think would look more impressive than 100% accuracy, honestly. I’ve managed to get most of the gold medals for these crisis missions, but Jesus some of them were very difficult.
Thanks for this, I was struggling to get through Day 5 Mission 3 and watching your playthrough helped me understand what I was doing wrong.
