These are the speakers of my dreams! 😍 But since I can’t afford them I had to go for some Indiana line dj 310 and a yamaha a-s301. Still these sounds really good!!

@@JohnDoe-rn3jy I agree John, I've got these speaker at home, very sound amazing, their very reasonably priced considering the sound stage, highs , mid's, extended bass and build quality, but as always their only as good as what you feed them with
@@corvette820 I believe him. We visited the Yamaha Innovation Road museum in Hamamatsu, Japan. They have grand pianos costing multiples of NS 5000. But there is also a display of NS 5000 cut open and disassembled. Signage says the speaker was by a team of young engineers. It also displays the zylon (carbon fiber) driver material in different manufacturing stages. The woofer coil is literally one pound of copper. The back wave dampers look like tumble generators. As you peruse the museum vou notice the exhaustive research (world's largest musical instrument maker) in resonance with wood in violins, guitars, pianos, etc. Hence NS 5000's mitered joint plywood construction is deliberate. Few names at any price point can match the research, resources, buying power, and pro audio ubiquity behind this speaker with its drivers all of the same material. That Accuphase gear OMG! TBH, I bet any speaker would sound great in that room! Great treatments. But for 60,000-100,000 dollars, I doubt that would be my choice. The amp alone is 30,000!

They almost sounded honky with that recording. Or maybe it was your mic or the recording. Impossible to really tell. Not worth the price they're asking though.
Hmm, not sure why, but these don't sound very good to me, compared to a lot of the videos on this channel. The instruments don't sound authentic at all, it's like it's just a bunch of noise, not music. Maybe my ears are just having an "off" day!

Ovvia, giu'! Scendi in ulteriori dettagli! 🤣BTW Il taglio e' a 750Hz.
The bass sounds really loose on the speaker definitely not as good as the monitor audio platinum or gold and way overpriced at $15,000, what a joke that is, Yamaha has never been regarded world-class at anything mid-fi at best, nowhere near as three-dimensional and open as the monitor audio gold and platinum so for that price I'd rather buy the platinum which is a much better speaker.
