I googled the school and the diploma she is showing is not an academic based PHD. It is an honorary award. The school clearly indicates on it website, the documents are not PHD’s.
This school reminds me of how actors who have not even graduated from high school get honorary doctorates. It does not mean you earned an advance degree. The school’s name on the diploma in the picture says it all, since it does not indicate it is a college or university.
