I made this and was super skeptical because of the sugar... and the fact that celery is not my favorite... and I'd never heard of using carrots... but my son will NOT eat tuna in macaroni salad. So Jay, I tried you out... and this is the best, I SAID THE BEST! Macaroni salad I have ever tasted in my whole life!!! I am sooo pleasantly surprised! This looks so amazing, sometimes what I do is when boiling the noodles I cook the veggies too, so that they get a little soft. It gives the pasta salad a great flavor!

I would buy my macaroni salad from Lawson deli. That was the best macaroni salad . They closed there store years ago, I will try your macaroni salad, I am sure it will be just as good as lawsons.
