@@LIFTCommunity 5 bedder can’t go wrong in long run, short term wise since psf isn’t that low have to see what price you are entering at for this unit that you are looking at.
Just went to see some units under this category with my clients today. This is quite subjective individual needs cos the one I saw was very small project and parking issues.
