can i get a conditional admission from bonn because i can`t speak any german but i really wanna study there, or can i enroll and learn german in the university, is there a fee for that?
If you want to be a student in Germany, u must be in a college ( bachelor degree program ) in ur country and obtain B1 Certificate of German Language ( check Gothe Instute at ur country ). Then u apply for a bachelor degree as an international. You go to Bonn Uni, keep studying your German language at International Language Instute until C1 level ( 1 year )... Then you walk for the bachelor degree that u did apply.
There are much better universities in Germany for that, e.g. Karlsruhe (KIT), Saarbrücken (UdS), or Darmstadt (TUD). Take it from a Bonn CompSci alumnus; it sucked.

No they don't but they teach compsci. Compsci in German = Informatik Comp eng = Technische Informatik so it's like a sub speciality of compsci
