- We love discovering new destinations and decided to check out this All Inclusive resort on the island of Isla Mujeres.
Mia Reef Isla Mujeres did not disappoint. This all inclusive resort has room rates starting at $190/night which is unheard of for an all inclusive resort.
It is located on one of the Top 10 Best Beaches in the World, Playa Norte.
It offers free kayaks, stand-up paddle boards and snorkeling gear. The snorkeling is pretty awesome there.
the night life at the hotel is pretty fun, and of course you can walk 10 min into town to all the clubs the island has to offer.

Awesome! I'll be there next month, can't wait!!
I just left and it was as lovely as ever! 🥰
Thank you soo much! Absolutely stunningly beautiful resort and beaches! Truly appreciate your honest reviews and great VdO I have been waiting for this kind of review for soooo long. We are going in 4 weeks!
Thank you!
This means a lot.
They offer membership for the hotel, and they will probably approach you on that. ☺️
How did You like the Resort( food etc.)
I didn’t just like the video…I LOVED it! 🥰
Thank u!
thanks! I love your video. I will be there on December :)
Have a great trip!
I love this place 🥰!!!! I have gone multiple times and even sent my daughter here for her 21st birthday. I'm looking forward to our next trip this year!!!
I love it too! I go there every year! ❤️
@idaliavalencia what Resorts have You stayed at?
@@SilviaHoard I only stay at Mia reef.
They have the best food
So what was "dangerous" about this trip?
Thanks for the video! I've stayed on the Island a few times but have always been curious if Mia is worth it, being that there's SO many places to eat, drink, swim, and play. I think you convinced me to try it next time ;)
Your welcome. Please share your experience when you go
Say hello to Max, king of the island.
Great video thank you! Do you think beach at MIA is nicer than other parts of playa Norte?
Hi Vera,
I just got back from Mia and what I love about Mia Beach vs Playa Norte which is a 1 min walk from Mia, is that it's secluded to just guests of the hotel. They offer snorkeling gears, kayaks, paddle boards at not cost..playa Norte is also super nice but a bit crowded at times. You can't go wrong either way
Sorry I misspelled your name 😢
I may have missed it in the video but what room did you book at Mia?
We had the honeymoon suite. I believe they only have one of these suites on each floor..they are pricier and the other rooms are all oceanview and nice as well and less expensive
Did you need to take additional transportation from the ferry to the hotel?
You can definitely walk it if you don't have too many suitcases or grab a cab right outside the ferry terminal for 100 pesos
hello, when did you go? trying to find a beach in cancun area with minimal seaweed
It us tough nowadays to find a beach without seaweed in the Caribbean. Mia Reef hotel stays clean as they have people everyday removing the seaweed.
The locals do a great job cleaning the sargassum up every morning all along Playa Norte, keeping it in the 10 best beaches in the world!
I just got back from Cancun and Mia..and there was a little bit of seaweed but they cleaned it up right away.
Playa Norte was seaweed free as well as Mia
Try playa delfines
Hello. Where do you book your stay at mia reef resort?
I usually booked direct thru Mia but I always check the rates thru sites like trivago to see if there are better deals
Can you walk to town from the resort?
Yes you can, it's only a 5-10 min walk from the resort and is super safe even in the middle of the night
@@paime thank you for the info. How far is it when you get off the ferry to the resort? How did you get there?
@@sandyminor5943 as soon as you get out of the ferry terminal, turn left and walk about 20 yards to a taxi hub. The fare was 80 pesos last time I was there. We also walked it once but I wouldn't recommend it if you have heavy suitcases
$190 per person?
We got a great deal
Rates have increased drastically but you should always look out for deals
I would have liked your video if your title wasn’t dumb and misleading. The click bait title isn’t needed!
The water was rough and the ferry ride was uncertain but we made it safe 🙏🏾
@@paimewhen did you visit and what's your favorite places to eat in Isla Mujeres .
@@SilviaHoard favorite place is this taco shop called Tacos de humo..best tacos I've had in a while
@@SilviaHoard last time I was there was 8 months ago and going next week ☺️
Honeymoon making a UA-cam vid? 😂😂
The grind never stops 😄
Hey you know what? I thought about after I made the comment
How did you get from the ferry dock to Mia?
you seriously need to upgrade that camera or phone my gosh the quality of this video is ATROCIOUS
Thank you, I just upgraded my phone 😄
