Bonaire has a very European feel to it. It is a Dutch island and has direct flights from many European and North America cities. It has a very relaxed feel to it and a great cruise stop, that offers great snorkeling. Just left Curaçao in the Dutch Antilles. We decided to do an outing at this very popular beach called Mambo Beach. We had a blast, snorkeling in a very safe environment as they built a barrier from the main ocean, so there are no waves or scary creatures in the water. We looked for a hotel to stay at the night before a cruise out of La Romana, Dominican Republic. The town itself can be dangerous so we had to choose the right hotel near the Cruiseship Terminal. This hotel is 15 min from the Terminal and they call you a cab to take you there in the morning. We had a great dinner at night at the hotel. We just finished a cruise trip to Aruba! We wanted to check out a good snorkeling spot and a beach to chill at. we went to Boca Catalina Beach for great snorkel and walked to Arashi Beach. Hi our room was not noisey at all. When I took the video, the ship was still at the dock and being maintained..I believe that's the noise you're hearing. It was pretty quiet when we left

Was there last week on business. It’s a beautiful hotel. Not close to any beaches though, if that’s your thing.
When we were there last we were catching a cruise nearby, and it was close to Old San Juan
Pretty much all cruise ships have tiny "transporter tube" showers unless a higher class of stateroom... :)
I disagree. I have been on ships that had showers as big as regular apartment showers on regular staterooms

All the rooms at this property are ocean view. This is a corner view room with 2 balconies with a tub on one of the balconies

We just flagged one that was taking people to Coki..then hopped on another one that was taking people back from the beach
We were there the first week in January 2024. I really wanted to go to shipwreck Beach but my boyfriend booked us an excursion to Carambola…. I too, was excited to find out it was a 10 minute walk and of course we went down there! We got to see the monkeys, but they hadn’t started serving food yet, so we just got a drink. Thanks for sharing your video.

The room is ugly and small. I stayed in 2 hotel in the condado. Very beautiful. Marriott Stellaris casino and la perla concha beautiful hotel and places. I'm trying to go back. 😊😊😊😊
