Worst condition was in one of close bowling alley where the lane machine malfunctioned and the whole 60ft was full of oil 😂 I'm pretty high rev player and the ball didn't move an inch sideways until it hit the pins. We got re-oiling fortunately. Greetings from Finland!
Good video Simoo. It's been a while since we saw you. Getting MotivAted with the Nuclear Forge. It looks like a good ball for the transition / burn. The worst condition I played on was a house pattern laid on top of a sport shot. There was a tournament at my league house and they may have failed to strip the sport shot before laying down the house shot, which made the condition really difficult. If the ball went outside of the 5 board, it wouldn't come in and inside of the 6 board would go through the nose. Good thing I had a urethane ball in my bag. 😊
Gf and I took a trip down to North Carolina from Boston. The lanes hadn’t been oiled for 2 1/2 weeks, house balls and plastic spare balls hooked by the 7 pin from 30-35😂
Iove my motivs but this is 100% correct. The new raptor ball is $205. Everyone's been comparing it to a phase 2 which can be had for $160 most of the time. Kinda crazy
It’s a much smaller company trying to get bigger. Their equipment is finely priced. The bigger problem is consumers and customers, you all want a deal or something for free, well sorry to explain that’s how you end up with garbage. This is why businesses fail, bc customers like you saying “you could get the same with Walmart or whatever else, yeah you can but that money does not stay in the community and then that community is poor and awful after 10-20 years but I know it’s all about what have you done for me lately
Worst conditions I've ever bowled on: a heavy volume 38 ft pattern on a house with really slick gutters. It played super hard. Like I said, the gutters were out of play, and it was so short that I had to be perfect when I threw in the middle because anything left of 7 went brooklyn, and anything right of 7 washed out. And then also just a burnt light volume house shot. Middle hooked at 35ft, gutters hooked at about 28ft
@@educatedduck6618 as a joke the guys running the tourney posted the pattern as a 2 part sheet, as in you have to lift the first page up to see the 2nd one, and the "pattern" was a picture of a guy hitting his head on a brick wall. I believe the cut number was around -200 for 6
Worst Lanes Ive bowled on was their boards were old and needed to be replaced. They looked brand new with shiny oil but as soon as you threw the ball, it bounced up 3 to 4 inches and landed then took off. Every lane did that in the bowling alley with every bowler 😂😂😂
Motiv has been puting out really good pieces for quite a few years. With EJ and AJ both doing really good on tour, it has opened Motiv as an option for a lot more bowlers..

Oil machine wasnt maintained and we bowled on 60ft of oil and not the challenge pattern. This was durjng league so they didnt have time to fix the machine and reoil. We were also not allowed to resurface cuz league has started. Had to use something aggressive super slow up the gutter as a 2 hander :/

the biggest problem with Motiv as a brand, is their Pricing. one can get a ball from another company that costs less with similar performance.

3 companies of products to make balls from versus 1. A lot of people aren’t taking that into account. Volume pricing.

Nothing harder than a short pattern with slick gutters, absolute torture to play on.

Worst conditions is red square! Seems to be one of the hardest patterns of all time.
I knew someone was gonna say RED SQUARE!!!...I absolutely hate that pattern. I think its the hardest pattern out there!
