Man, this mod is cool as hell. I love it. It needs a bit of balance. Some of those puzzles take way too long. However, I do love having the variety. I also love how he brought the cyberpunk hacking back in. This will end up being one of those must have mods.

Man what would we do without you…you’re a legend for reviewing all these paid mods 💪

Honestly I like the Digi-picking system the way it is. This definitely reminds me of Star wars outlaws.. I'm sure if you played that game you'd probably understand how this mod works, at least what my observation is, it's pretty much the same concept. If I'm going to be looting, I'd rather use the original lock picking setup. It's a lot easier and quicker.. I feel less immersed if I'm going to solve a puzzle to open a lock, except for if I was going to be playing a game like Tomb raider or Star wars. Digipicks are really cool and I like the simplicity of it, I know the more advanced and Master locks are far more complex, but I think if you look at it from the inner ring first and plan it out, even though you might get a set of pins that will work for more than one layer, just make sure you got plenty of Digipicks. 😊

Remember when we used to slap omni-gel on everything?
This mod would make me rage-quit SO hard. I can tolerate the vanilla digipick minigame, although the "Easy Digipick" was the very first mod I downloaded back at launch. I'm here to play Starfield, not to stare at a b&w screen for minutes. I despise lockpicking minigames in most games, although the lockpicking in Skyrim/FO3-4-76 is fine-ish. I can live with that.
Thank you very much for the review (all your review vids, in fact). This mod is a cool idea, but absolutely not for me.

The nice thing about the Skyrim system is that, with enough practice, you can break into most locks in 5 seconds flat.

I agree with Andreja. I wish we could just break it open. Or craft different levels of an item that would defeat a lock automatically. The higher the level the rarer the resources required to craft that item. Something like that. I don't hate the mini game. I'd just like the option of a way around it when and if I feel like it.

Interesting, but it isn't for me.
For the base game's lockpicking: rush the perk that highlights usable rings in blue, start by lining up pieces without using them, if any pieces only fit one ring line them up, from there line up the more unique and complex shapes, saving the simplest shapes for last, working from the inside ring out is an option, then start slotting pieces after they're all lined up.

Coffee time! I believe I left my thoughts on the Stream. Might be great for some, but certainly not for me. Great video, awesome review.

this could work if it were exclusively added to otherwise inaccessible locks or doors that require a key.
a tutorial that explains what each symbol means should be a priority

The symbols don't need a meaning to work. For Sudoku it is just that each symbol only appears once in its row, column, and square. The lines linking certain squares for the 'Wordle' puzzle can use a tooltip though. For the Cyberpunk one it is a matter of getting sequences to bleed into each other to save on buffer space.

I am surprised that you have not done a review of Astrolabe mod yet.

I personally want the puzzle types to be determined by what kind of thing you are trying to open. So a safe might be suduko, doors digipicks, and terminals the cyberpunk one.

That massive match 2 grid is a bit much. They're assuming you've played rhe other games referenced, would have been good to include some instruction for each one on a slate or something.

Thank you for your review, it was very entertaining to watch.
I'll do some changes based on your review. :)
Also sorry about the error 1010.
I am trying to figure out how that one triggers.
I'll study your video to see how to reproduce it so I can fix it.

I think it's an awesome mod. Obviously, I'm not the most adept at pizzle solving, but I eventually got it, lol

Oh, my brain hurts! A very interesting concept but some of these puzzles are NOT my cup of tea. Thanks to @Ideki for the mod and @Crimson for swearing, ummm, erm, commentary, yeah that's it, Commentary!

You know I saw that mud in the creation club and I immediately thought it was a great idea. However I never bought it because I'm not one for mini games and based on some of the pictures it looks overly complicated and thanks to this video it's going to be a hard pass it looks way too complicated

Great preview tho I'm definitely not interested in this mod. I actually use the cheat mod for lock-picking, every lock has 1 ring with only 2 slots.
