- Welcome back to a new one, on today's Airbus A330 flight, I take you on an educational journey to the sunny skies of Florida, specifically to Tampa International Airport (TPA). But before we touch down in the Sunshine State, we're diving deep into what us as airline pilots have to regard when it comes to weather planing!
Flying to Florida presents unique challenges, from sudden thunderstorms to swirling hurricanes. I'll share my firsthand experience and tips on how to meticulously prepare for Florida's unpredictable weather, ensuring a safe and smooth flight for all onboard.
Weather isn't just a pre-flight check; it's a continuous commitment to safety and adaptation.
As we approach Tampa International Airport coming from Frankfurt international airport and an Atlantic crossing, I'll walk you through the entire landing process, explaining call outs and weather consideration taken into account during our descent. Join me on this landing at one of Florida's busiest airports under varying weather conditions.
As always sit back and enjoy ✌️

@@Pascalklr Hi Pascal can you do more vlog / a day in the life. like videos?
Man the story telling and the animation in the beginning of the video is incredible
Thanks a lot, I really appreciate it🙌✌️
I live in Tampa, and I can confirm that is the weather we always get.
As TPA’s been getting more international flights, I’ve stood outside to watch the big planes fly over. In this video I was able to see Lake Thomas and Lake Carlton (where I am when this flies over) from how it looks from the flight deck. That was so cool to see. Made my day, thanks for sharing!
Thats so nice mate 🙌 glad you enjoyed the video ✌️
Love these types of videos where you show fully what you do and how you work on an approach. Beautiful content thanks for the very interesting video
My pleasure! Glad you liked it 🙌
Best aviation youtuber you will ever see. Just having a camera in front of you whilist flying and keeping thing things professional is something that for me is impossible. Great work!
Love the explanation of the waypoints in the beginning and the depiction of the taxi route! Thanks for sharing!
Glad you enjoyed it!🙏✌️
Hey man, I have been really into your videos lately and I am loving them. Could you tell the number of your glasses because I have them too and I am really afraid if it is a safe category or not. If I had a real life example I would be really happy. In fact I was thinking about getting LASIK after 12th standard but just tell me why you didn't opt for it so that I have an Idea. I keep you as a role model for my aviation career 😊. I also want to fly a wide body one day;)
Always nice to see that you dropped a new video!
Have to say mate, the editing and production quality on this is incredible. It's like you have 2 jobs, professional pilot and professional videographer 😂 I love realtime cockpit videos but this adds a whole narrative to it. Once you have the cockpit footage, how long does it take you to put the whole video together?
Always liking the video before watching ittt🤩🤩🤩
Yay! Thank you!🙌
Extremely good landing wow! Just love piloting, thanks pascal, my pilot idol
Glad you enjoyed it🙌

Lieber Pascal,

What a lineup for takeoff, looks like 12 planes in line, with aprox 2 min apart it is over 20 min wait time for takeoff
Stunning approach

Hello my name is Ali. I want to become an airline pilot but I want to study environmental engineering, and get a bachelors degree. Would it still benefit me if I also try to become a pilot.
