with replacement ones yes. Upgrading them? well sort of there two versions of this phone one with more ram and one with less so theoretically you could upgrade your frame if you swapped out the mainboard but that's all you can do because phone mainboards arent standardised so each phone logic board is different

thinking about doing this and better thermal pad,did it make any difference or just subtle effect? I managed to cool the phone at 32-35°C CPU temp at heavy load stress test by using a custom water cooling copper plate on the back but the glass probably not conductive enough vs metalframe phone

Too much? At least the non pro version is extremely affordable for what it offers. It has most of the features of high end phones. Stores in my country have xiaomi redmi note 9s for around 275 euros but I got it from an eshop for 220
