This third championship in a row was when Michael Jordan was widely considered by the mainstream to be the greatest NBA player of all time, even when he didn't even have the most rings as other players at this time. There will never be another like him.
When it comes to winning Championship, his level of playing goes up a notch and he be in another zone that nothing can stop him, basket after basket, defensely shutting down his opponents
1993 Michael Jordan was something special. The 1st 3-peat. Crazy to think what would've happened if he never retired after this series.
Every year of MJ was something extremely special.87-93 were all unbelievable years, and I have heard just about every year said to be his best by someone. He came back rusty after the first retirement, but was unbelievable again in 95-96. MJ and his team both just dominated that season. No retirement means they keep winning.
Man his overall game is just so beautiful to watch. Like an artist and their craft. To this day we can’t get enough of it. Gets to his spots and just attacks all the time with beautiful finishes.
Poetry in motion for sure. MJ is the GOAT! 🐐
MJ at his absolute peak, still athletic and young but with experience
The GOAT why is this even a debate, the 1st & only NBA's FLAWLESS PLAYER
Exactly
@@thekobechannel4610 yes sir
Facts💯
Except for the other nine years he didn't win championships, otherwise flawless.
He's not flawless. It's because if his flaws is what made him ascend at the top. He made adjustments through the years to better himself.
MJ's last NBA game until March 19, 1995.
he get injured?
@@crb4059 he retired
Lebron can’t score like this in the post. We all remember what happened in the 2011 finals. Mavs put little guys on him but took away the driving lanes. Lebron looked lost because he doesn’t have this level of offensive greatness
No post game, no mid-range, no footwork, no fluidity, no killer instinct, and most of all, no basketball IQ..
Michael Jordan always came through every time LeBron always looks lost in the big moments.
@@killingmyselftolive2526 he's nothing compared to Michael Jordan
To be that size and not have a post game is such a waste to me.
Lebron fans and lebron himself are weaklings.
MJ IS MY FAVORITE NBA PLAYER EVER!!!! He’s my NBA LEGEND, ICON, IDOL and GOAT!!! ❤😊❤😊❤😊❤️ 🤩 😍
41 PPG/9 RPG/6 APG shooting 51%.
I still think his performance in the 91 Finals was his most impressive Finals series. Played floor general 33/7/11.5 shooting 55%
I really like this announcing team of Marv and Mike Fratello
Hubie Brown will always be my fav, but yea, Marv and Mike were great too
@@isaachaze1 Hubie Brown and Dick Stockton we’re good together
This was the Czar's last game on NBC. He left to coach the Cavs the following year. Mike and Marv reunited on TNT years later.
“I don’t know about you, but I am packing one suit”
Here's Paxson for 3!
Yes!🎉
The Bulls take a one point lead and Phoenix calls for time ⏲️.....
Marv Albert was in a league of his own with the legendary play calling!
The Bulls hit 10 3 pointers in this game which was a record. Crazy long back at it now. Barkley gambled big on the pass from Jordan to Pippen. The defensive rotation left Paxson wide open. Bulls had Pax and BJ on the floor which really spread the defense because both guys were good 3 point shooters. Barkley has never revealed what Jordan said to him after the game. A reporter asked but Barkley said it was a private conversation. This would be the closest Barkley would come to winning a championship as he would lose to the champion or eventual champion for 3 straight years. If I remember correctly, the Suns were favored in this series. They had a great season winning 62 games and Barkley winning the MVP.
What a shot by Paxson
GOAT OF ALL GOATS 🐐
I hate when people say the bulls didn't play no one look at this team. Look how many all stars they had. Tom chambers. K j. Charles Barkley. Danny Ainge
Both 93 98 3peat finals gm6 Bulls won by a point.
1:16 Crazy stride length
1:30 BJ knew Paxson was gonna make it
GOAT. Nobody is like this and nobody ever will be.
1:46 Love the way MJ stopped celebrating to go and get the game ball 😂😂
He just made it look so easy the goat of basketball ZERO debate!
Jordan 3peat like a boss because Jordan is the GOAT. 🐐
S/O to you for showing Pax's game winner
I thought Michael Jordan hit the game winning shot ???
The Bulls become the first team to 3-peat as champions since the Celtics won eight in a row from 1959-1966.
If this was MJ's last game what a way to go out on top winning 3 in a row until March 19, 1995, when MJ says I'm Back!
What happened to Phoenix defense
Michael Jordan destroyed everyone in the 90s he didn't have to jump on other teams. He didn't have to form super teams to try to win championships. Because he is the GOAT.
Impeccable just impeccable 🎉
LeBron's team struggled and he just blames his teammates.
Yea, everyone focuses on offense with the Bulls, which is understandable, but they were actually one of the best defensive teams also. Facing them a point down with a few seconds left would be an insane amount of pressure. KJ did his best.
The best to ever do it, period.
❤
Charles probably thought “I’m with team now that can out score Bulls” Then Mike just averages another 5 ppg a game more than 92 finals 😂
31 Years Ago
3 straight championships LeBron has never done that
Exactly
No he hasn't, and that's why the sports media just mentions that he has six and nothing about how often he defended the title, which is even harder than winning it. It was a huge deal when MJ won three in a row (no one had done it since Bill Russell) and then he somehow did it again.
But today the media will tell you it's bigger deal that LeBron simply reached eight straight finals while playing on two separate superteams and in a historically weak eastern conference.
Magic reached eight finals in the 80s but nobody ever brought it up in GOAT conversations. Why? Because the standard is supposed to be winning when you get there, not just getting there. But LeBron and his sycophants have been determined to change that for years and they have sadly managed to muddle a lot of minds in the process.
Somebody told me Kyrie, is more offensively skilled than this man 🤦🏽♂️.
He's not Jordan is the greatest basketball player ever.
Did he have a crusty booger nose?...sounds like a child to me
*"Here's Paxson for three...YES!"*
Reminds me of Caitlin #FeverForever #22 #CaitlinRulez 🥰😍🤩🥰😍🤩
And Kevin Johnson was no slouch. People forget how nice he was.
Lol, Horace Grant and Pippen really became haters after moments like this.
BJ falling on the floor before it was made was very unprofessional and soft. I am sure MJ took note and never forgave him. He wanted soldiers and BJ was gone after Jordan returned and lost to the Magic.
Completely ridiculous.
