Bandung is the best! Nice people, clean, and beautiful city. One of the only three cities in Indonesia I really do love and miss, the other ones are Jogjakarta and Makassar but Bandung is on the top of the list.

The Braga street used to be even more lively back then, when the pandemic hit it was so deserted and had been slowly recovered and a lot of cute cafe had opened there. 2. If you saw many images of tiger it’s because the tiger is the mascot of Bandung military base. 3. Gedung Sate is pronounced gay-doong sa-tay, which means literally Satay Building, because of the ‘antenna’ on the front of the building that mimics satay the food. It was a post office building at the time of Dutch Colonization and became the city’s icon ever since. 4. The unique and artistic design of many Bandung’s public spaces (like the city park, Cihampelas Street, etc) was a legacy of when Bandung had an architect as a mayor. 5. Not only a cultural and artistic town, Bandung is also known for amazing local foods that’s rarely known internationally. Rendang and nasi goreng have gained their popularity but you would be surprise with how diverse and delicious Bandung culinary experience is. 6. The pictures you saw on the park were portraits of Bandung mayors then and now.

Oh btw, the fake cucumber at 18:40, that's a real thing, it's a cotton tree, when it blooms the cotton burst out from those fake cucumber 😂and the tree are looks amazing with the white cotton hanging all over the branch.
thats is Tangkuban Perahu Mountain you have to go there and you can see the volcano and the second one try to Kawah Putih a white volcano thats two iconic volcano from West Java 😊
this is my hometown. if you visit bandung you definitely wanna go to Lembang, Dago, and Trans Studio, also eat a lot Batagor kering with peanut sauce in Lembang area beacuse no one else across indonesia can make batagor as good as we do, but pls only eat them when still warm. chance you won't forget the taste of bandung after that
You should try to visit saung angklung mang udjo it will introduce you to unique traditional music from bandung. And perhaps you can visit tebing keraton or skyline restaurant to see signature view of bandung

Actually there's rhino in Java. You might want to Google Ujung Kulon National Park. In the most western part of Java. And it's a cool eco tourism spot. I think it's an endemic habitat of Javanese rhino. But yes sadly they are endangered species now

Actually there's rhino in Java. You might want to Google Ujung Kulon National Park. In the most western part of Java. And it's a cool eco tourism spot. I think it's an endemic habitat of Javanese rhino. But yes sadly they are endangered species now

The Museum in GRDC Bandung is very interesting with Mammoth displays and other interesting things from Indo geological history. Also the train ride from Jakarta to Bandung runs through beautiful terraced rice fields.
Next time we’ll have to take the train from Jakarta! It looks so nice! 😍
