Stop making funny and functional helpful videos Mark that improve our golf games and challenge the status quo! People want driver videos don’t you know lol. This video is absolutely brilliant and more people should watch it, make the change and put a "crossy wedge" in the bag...but people don't search chipper videos like driver videos. I would say that there is no club in the current market that will reduce scores for the average weekend golfer like one fo these. Truly.
Cannot thank you enough for this video. This 42 degree Chipper has really made a difference improving my up and down conversion from 37% to 67% which equates to 2-3 shots per round. As a 5.9 handicap that is a lot of shots. I don’t mention my handicap as any kind of a boast but to point out that this club is not just for double digit players. I already have the cbx2 wedges which were also game changers but this club is on another level. I use it as often as possible from as far as 60 yards out and as long as there is no bunker or hazard to carry. The loft, lie and sole are the secret sauce that makes this club great. Sits square and flat like a putter which makes it so easy to align and the large sole ensures my less than perfect strikes still do well for proximity. Once you get a feel for the carry and roll this club can really become a great weapon.
The main argument against these clubs seems to be that it’s only got one use and you’d have to get rid of a more versatile club to include it. But most amateurs would use this at least 10 times per round and if you utilised it for getting out of trees then you can add to that number. How many times would they use their longest iron or their 3 wood?
Good point. I have a local par 70 consisting of 2 reasonably length par 5s where I don’t even bag the 3 Wood for the round. I instead drop in a high lofted fairway wood for a few situations I know I might face. Anyway, in a casual round nobody’s counting if you squeeze a 15th club in the bag. I could pull my 7 or 8 iron out of the bag and not miss it because high handicappers aren’t exactly nailing the carry distances with some irons.😄
@@milbs I’ve bought one and agree, quite often use it from 50-70 yards out if you don’t have to go over anything. Generates a surprising amount of spin
Just bought one and gamed it the next day. No practise at all. Absolutely amazing. I've had the yips for 20 years chipping and I chipped 100% better than I ever have. Never ever leaving my bag. Thanks guys, bought it from watching this video
I can’t stop watching this video and it’s seriously making me contemplate what’s in my bag especially in the winter time. Would love if you could do a little follow up video where you hit some of the shots with the Gap Wedge or Chipper vs the regular bladed wedges you guys have in the bag.
Bought the original in black "c". What's great about these "chippers" is you can play a full shot (9iron ish) and if you are good at adjusting your yardage based on backswing you don't even need a Gap ! Straight as an arrow. Just remember trouble if you open the club. It allowed me to put an extra club in the bag. Also not bad on a long shot out of a bunker due to the sole. only problem is they tend to run out and you need to practice as with any new club to get the feel. Great stuff guys. Good to see the two of you on the air together. Always a hoot to listen to your chatter :)
Your club reviews have enlightened me, educated me, and entertained me. This video sold me on the chipper and the sandy. Literally adding these to my cart. First Cleveland clubs ever.
I bought one after watching this - just played 9 holes in dreadful conditions (Sydney where it’s STILL raining) - 100% GIR, 60% chip and down, 3.4m from the pin average (thanks Arccos!) - why I haven’t had this in the bag for years is beyond me!!
Marked forced me to buy a club once again! Played the chipper for the first time today…used it 6 times and put the ball within 2 feet each and every time. It will be a permanent edition to my bag now. After watching another of his videos on the Launcher Halo XL irons I went to try them, they are also now in the bag to stay. I’m just glad Mark doesn’t make videos about shoes or purses…I’d be in the poor house if my wife watched those videos!
Ive just bought one ! What a club !!! Best club i have ever purchased ! Brilliant !! Short shots , medium chips , even half swing 100 yard shots , best club in my bag !!!!!!!!!!
Mark I have now watched this 6 times and enjoyed and learned with every view. It’s 2024, and tomorrow ordering the new SS Chipper, Gap and Sand. The only thing worse than my bunker play is chipping! LOL Right so thinking how can it hurt. Playing this bloody game for 53 years and time to have more fun! Thank you for the videos and the entertainment you provide. You make me smile! Cheers from upstate New York in the USA!!!
I am 3 handicap and have had two rounds now with the chipper. I can not believe how accurate and easy that club is. Thank you mark for the recommendation. I am no longer thinking about trying to get up and down, I am trying to make the shot. Everyone should try this club.
I used a Callaway Sure Out a couple of years ago as I was crap in bunkers, it was fantastic, so much confidence. Now after getting a lesson and a year of practice I’m confident in a bunker with a normal wedge giving me more versatility with my shot. So if you don’t have the desire to learn short game, leave your ego at home and buy these and enjoy golf. Put it in your bag CHIPPER CROSSFIELD 😀😀😂😂
Hi Mark. 16:17 exactly what I have. I have gamed a 58 Smart for 2 years now and it's NEVER leaving my bag. Guaranteed out of bunkers and deep rough. I had a back op 20 years ago and can't take the 'shock' of a bunker shot. Smart 58 fixes it and I love it. But I also carry a Zipcore 60 with 6º of bounce and use it for high flops with hardly any sand and off tight lies to get it to stop. I am off 6 and love my Smart Secret Sole club!!
As a scratch golfer even I love how much this club looks like it helps just wondering is it worth the time learning to hit normal wedges or just use a club like this when most people just want to have fun 🤷♂️
As reviews go, this is phenomenal. So many golfers should use a chipper or a helpful wedge. just makes so much sense... plenty of golfers will use a big helpful MOI putter, but then wont use a helpful wedge.
Played first two rounds with this chipper; first round saved 4 pars with it, two on the #1 & #2 HC holes. Second round chipped in on two consecutive holes, one for par, one for birdie! Now my favorite club.
Very fun video with you and Matt. I have the Cleveland CBX wedges in 54* & 58* lofts - but I also have the Smart Sole C wedge and a CBX 56* that sometimes makes it into my bag. You are right about the ego part - learning to use the C wedge around the green does require a different touch, and it does feel like cheating sometimes. Lastly, I was hoping to see you pitch with it - from 40 - 50 yards out with an open green in front…you can get some amazing results!!
I've been playing the previous generation of smart sole. I use the gap wedge for almost all chips and the sand wedge for stop and no roll short shots. The sand wedge is good for bunkers with low fronts and winter sand, but I feel more comfortable opening a standard 588 sand wedge for everything else. Never thought of using the chipper, always use a 7 or 8 iron for that function.
What a fun review of smart clubs. If this video is 2 hours long I also would watch every minute. Looks like this are the perfect tools especially for fall/winter golf. I’ve chosen my 54 Glide in Wide Sole with 14 bounce. Helped me a lot in exactly this condition. Great stuff muppets ;)
Go on mark put it in the bag ☺️ you know you want to, I've got one and only really use it around the greens on bare lies . It's my cheat stick 🤣 and I love it 😂
Great video. We would all chase the next technology in a driver, designed to hit the ball further / straighter, but not many would invest in a chipper designed to help you chip!
I’m happy with my current Gap and 56 wedges but I do have a space in my bag and like most amateur golfers often come up short on approach shots…give me a Chipper now.
Great video as usual. guys! Please, Please, PLEASE put the Chipper in the bag. A buddy of mine had one, but never used it. I showed him some whens and wheres and hows with it and the next time we played he shot 28 strokes less than the time before! Twenty Eight Strokes! There's this attitude that "real golfers don't use a chipper". Hard to get people to even try one. If you put one in your bag lots of folk will follow, I'm certain.
After watching this video (and other Smart Sole 4 vids), I purchased a set of the Smart Sole 4 wedges -- GW, SW and Chipper. Although, at one time, my wedges were my favorite clubs, I haven't been able to hit my old BeCu 588s properly in years. The new Smart Sole wedges have been magic. I still have to get used to the new chipper, but the GW and SW have been incredible!! Many thanks for the recommendation!!
Southern California winters often require the chipping technique to get out of bunkers. I still use my Cleveland 60* wedge in that case--it's fairly easy to do and get close to the hole.
Your best vid ever guys! Im on the point of getting 3 t22 wedges and this has completely sold me tbh. Im a single figure hcap, but my short game has always been my weakness. I just need consistency round the greens without overthinking it. I think the sand wedge and chipper could be the answer.
Yes. I have had the odyssey chipper in the bag for about a year. It’s set up identically to my putter and I use it constantly for 40y and under. Definite one trick pony but it’s a trick that you will perform a lot. I think for UK golf and the conditions we play in throughout the year it’s a club that saves enough shots to justify the slot in the bag.
It’s funny how ego and tradition influence us so much. The conversation between you both, about the chipper, could have been applied to hybrids years ago. It’s simply a specialty club like a driver or putter. All mainly designed to perform a particular type of shot
I got the Cleveland set of wedges for Christmas this year and I CANNOT WAIT TO GET OUT AND USE THEM! I've been tearing up the downstairs carpet and from what I can tell, this "Crossfield" wedge is going to be amazing. I hit my share of dumb shots so I NEED the Smart Soles. I aim is to get to a single digit handicap and these wedges are going to be a big part of this. I want to see both Mark & Coach game at least the C wedge after watching this today!
The majority of golfers scoring 85 and over could benefit from these, esp. the Smart Sole sand wedge. I have given my Smart Sole 3 sand wedge (trial only!) to several friends who cannot get out of the trap in most situations. The SS got them out. So, why won't they play it? Simple. It's ego. It's the same ego that drives them to play tees that are 6500 yards vs. 6000, even if they cannot break 100 from the longer tees. Ego.
These guys are great. They don’t take golf too serious and have some fun with it. Mark is so up front with his sponsorship and even hilariously says “I’m going to show you this, but do whatever you want.” I do like that the Smart Sole 4 is now in black satin. I have the CBX2 46, 50, and 54 in black satin with graphite shaft. Awesome sauce. Great look. The 54 is the most important club in the bag other than driver and putter. I also have the Smart Sole 4 S. It’s the 58 degree lob wedge loft that almost exclusively is used out of the sand and on occasion for blasting out of thick grass near the green. It’s the silver color they offered before this updating to black satin. I tried the 50 degree Smart Sole Gap wedge out in store, but preferred the CBX2. I also dabbled with the Chipper which is 42 degrees. Your friends will give you grief, but other than that nobody cares what clubs or how big your soles are that you use between the tee and green. Cleveland bills these three Smart Sole wedges as a way to SIMPLIFY your short game. No doubt. It’s possible to get too cute trying to chip with the 7-8-9-PW until you’ve worked at it a thousand times. “Just use a putting stroke with your 8 iron.” I get it, but easier said than done. At 42 degrees the chipper could mathematically sit between your 9 and PW, but the club is filling a situation gap, not a yardage gap. I’m other videos golfers have commented they can get a nice 80-100 shot with this club. Here their 25 from green, 40 to the pin shot is where it can be money. I was impressed with the over the bunker chip too. The club is like a more lofted version of my Cleveland Launcher XL 5 hybrid and the Q-Tip…A variety of uses. I treat my 5H as a chipper, pitch, punch, full swing, whatever when necessary. I also like to use the putter whenever possible. Those two feelings would probably limit my usage of a chipper. A noob, or anybody wanting to try something different, who has a set PW, but unsure what to do after that could make use of all three of these clubs. I tend to think the Smart Sole 4 S is the most helpful though. Break it out when the sand shows up. Other have commented correctly that you could very well make use of the chipper on every hole.
I had a set of Cleveland Launcher HB irons. I sold the set, but bought a 9i, and use it exactly like a Chipper. It has the same, improved turf interaction -- perhaps without as much bounce. It's 39 degrees. From anywhere inside 5 yards off the green I can literally just think "Putt" and hit it. Thick rough, tight apron, fringe (or up against the fringe) -- even out of shallow bunkers. I know it costs me one of 14 clubs, but it probably saves me 3 or 4 shots a round (10 index), so more than worth the trade-off.
I change my putter and wedges in winter to deal with the softer conditions. I use CBX2 in winter and lesser bounce clubs in summer. I only use a chipper on sand greens, where a LW is redundant.
so good and so funny. great vid today, boys. i'd use it in wet conditions, etc. There are some funky wet, loose turf lies here in the middle of the US and is why I have different wedges for conditions. The chipper looks brilliant and could be a fun experiment!
On return from lockdown I had completely lost my ability to get out of bunkers, never previously a problem. (20 hcp) I used a Smartsole sand wedge for about a month until my confidence came back. Well worth it!
Better late than never! This is the video I was searching to find two weeks ago! I pulled the trigger anyway. My set came last week. So far, I love them. My sand shots have gone from crap to impressive… (imo). Thanks Mark.
Used one of these for 2 seasons and it is just wonderful from 40 yds in and as a rescue club. Recently took it out because I have more confidence and clubs to do the job without it. Passed it on to a buddy who has used it all winter.
Will be getting that "C" Crossfield chipper as soon as they are available. I use my 8 iron for most chipping duty and I'm thinking the chipper would be more consistent and better off tight lies.
It looks so much like a replacement for the Cleveland Niblick….I had them in the early days before moving for my callaway mackdaddy CBs, but may get the Niblick back out again
I remember playing with a chipper back then it was such a great club , basically you can't skull or chunk so you'll always be close to the pin . I stopped playing with it just for ego but as a 15hcp I'm sure I could save like 4 strokes with it
It does have only one use but that one use is anything within 1 to 15 yards of the green lol. I use mine at almost every single green and I'm a 5 handicap. Ego does get in the way sometimes
@@adrianmacklin418 but that one use is where the money is made or the shots to us :) good short game is what's needed to progress further. chipper all the way, no handicapper above 15 needs a lob wedge so can replace that end of the bag with one for gauranteed short shots from30 yrds out
@@leebaxtertrading completely agree. I still don't carry a lob I have a 56 sand wedge. Too much opportunity to blade, chunk, or just get under and not get it to the green.
@@adrianmacklin418 I recently added a chipper to the bag and instantly felt a huge increase in confidence whilst playing. I’m eager to just get close to the green now so I have an excuse to use it. I love it
@@leebaxtertrading I always say new golf technology never helps unless its a drastic change like a chipper or one length irons. Both combined brought me from a 11 handicap to a 5 so whatever works is what to use I think
Just bought the chipper. Love it. I actually use it for longer shots also. Up to 130 yards. It is like throwing darts. Comming in pretty low, but with a decent amount of spin. On soft greens, or with back pins it's fantastic. The only problem is what club i need to remove from the bag. It might be the 4 iron.
I've had that C-Wedge for about 2 years (just started golfing). It was recommend to me by 4 handicap player. I'm breaking 100 now, shooting between 92-94. It's my favorite club. Gives me tons of confidence.
Glad to see Wedge tech is gettingn alot of love lately. For how wet and sloppy it can be in buffalo ive been thinking about things like this when the condition calls.
I just played my first round with this Cleveland Smart Sole 4 Chipper. Amazing. It goes straight with a 6-iron chip loft. Almost effortlessly. My only problem was that I hit it too softly because someone said it csme off “too hot.” I didn’t over hit one ball. I’m a convert.
I think the hybrid is a perfect example of golfers not wanting to change. It took quite a few years before they actually “caught on” and now pros are using them. The first time I hit was I was like “wait this is much easier than trying to hit a 2 iron.”
All though I have a 3 hybrid, I just got a Rinky-Dink hybrid for Christmas and its like a whole new world. Instead of a miss hit 4 iron that squirts to the right and goes 5 feet off the ground to about 150 yards, I can get plenty of air and distance under it when I miss it it.
I have only put cleveland wedges in play the past 10 years. i have tried custom shop titleist ($750+) and others. Cleveland is the only one that gets me the number consistently and i can not say why...they just work! currently ITB cbx2 52 cbx2 56. I own 48, 52, 54, 56, 58 all cleveland mix of RTX and CB2s #1 wedges in the world to me!
I used to play a Cleveland Niblick years ago. It was awesome but I don’t know what happened to it. Lost it. After watching this, and this is basically the updated Niblick, I’m ordering one!
Bought 2 used ones after I watched this video. Put a putter grip on 1 and midsize on the other. Went to the putting green tonight played a game with my brother and friend closest to the pin first to 10 from all different lies. Won 10-8-8 so I'm sold.
Bag it Mark!! Let's see what help it gives you and your scores. Own all 3 of these in chrome but will upgrade to the black finish just cause I wanna look cool and like shiny new things 😁
What jolly fun ! REALLY enjoyed this one lads, and that's by Your standards. Bravo. Crossy & Coach, the Vic & Bob of Golf (even if one looks more like he has a fear of the chives but loves the spirit level)
Ironically, in the days of hickory shafts and "classic" clubs, before there was a limit on how many clubs you were allowed to carry, golfers DID carry "bizzaro" one-purpose-only clubs like that chipper (or at least their caddies did the carrying).
Thanks for making this review. Please do a review of the CBX Zipcore wedges. For some odd reasons no one has done any thorough reviews since their release in December (atleast in the US).
I do game a couple 'Crossy wedges;' but older variations: the Cleveland 2nd generation Niblicks (2011). I've built an entire short game around the 42* and 56*. When playing off of tight lies, though, you have to respect the fact that they provide up to 14* of bounce.
Great video. I play off 22 and bought the Gap & Chipper about a month ago. It really is easy as they say, the chipper has eliminated the horror show of blading it through the green and zig zagging across which i was prone to do on a bad day several times in a round. The gap is wonderful from anything out of the rough or circa 80 yards in. I really do feel they have helped bring down my score 4-8 shots a round.
Love your vids as always! I have the chipper and a 58 in these smart soles and I love them! I noticed that you guys keep opening up the face, these clubs work better if you don't! they're designed so person does not have to deal with that. You could have gone over your bag and clubs out of the bunker with ease and not overshot the pin by just keeping square and going for it! Anyway, Mark put that chipper in your bag and give it some time and you'll be amazed how much you use it! As you really said, it's not how macho the clubs are! it's the score card that tells it all! Thanks guys! Watch your vids all the time!
As a beginner with not much money, but wanting to improve my scores I've had my eye on the Callaway chipper for a while now. I'll let you know how much it helps my scores. Given how often I find myself just off the green and how often I duff my chips it could be drastic.
May I suggest you have a look at ‘Mr Short Game’. He does a review of a ‘Mazal’ and rates it very highly. They are available from Amazon for about half the price of the Cleveland.
My wife has the Cleveland chipper and sand wedge. I have the sand wedge and an Odyssey X-act chipper. The Cleveland chipper is a great club with a very consistent low ball flight. It has real heft to it. It is very much closely related to a usual wedge whereas the Odyssey has more of a putter feel and an upright lie. The Odyssey is uncannily accurate and has good alignment aids. Both require practice for distance control. I think both are excellent and it is down to personal preference. The Smart Sole sand wedge is a different beast, at least to me. My wife uses it out of bunkers with success and also for a few lofted chips. I have struggled with it. Despite some great results I have had quite a few skulls and disastrous shanks. Opening the face (except in good sand) causes the sole to drag and brings the hosel into play. I would definitely recommend trying before you buy.
Maybe a bit of a luxury but thinking of a set of ‘winter wedges’ to deal with exactly the lies you were both playing from. Muddy, wet, bare lies that my current wedges (and my skill level) are having a hard time with. Feels like with ‘normal’ wedge, you almost need to be perfect which as a 10hc, I rarely am. These look the business for the old Winter Stableford. 👍🏻
I just bought this chipper before I watched this, thanks because you validated what I hoped. I have the square strike but don't like it much since I saw that it's a club that has it's own technique and I didn't want to forget how to us the other Cleveland smart soles I have. So long as I practice both and pivot with the wedges.
With just moving from AP2 irons to the new Cleveland XLs, I may go test this Gap Wedge to replace the new RTX I got because that transition gets in my head a bit. It’s weird coming from more bladey type irons and wedges for years how fast the transition from the chunkier XLs to a blade wedge feels so extreme. I use my gap wedge a lot more than my 58 so I can see the usefulness of this or even the CBX to get my brain right
I have no problem bagging them. I have Smart Sole 3 SW and C in my club stash just waiting to be re-gripped into my grip of choice. A Smart Sole 4 SW just arrived two days ago also waiting in my gripping line that will end up in my other bag. I do not play golf too often, anymore, and have noticed that my chipping and sand game are the hardest to remain proficient at with out a lot of practice. Hoping the Smart Soles will help me gain some confidence in those areas.
I think you should put it in the bag. I just shuffled around in my bag and took a wedge out to play a 3 driving hybrid and a strong lofted 5w so I don't have room for a chipper. I still consider playing low running chips with a bit less loft and the chipper is basically a 9 iron with a wide sole and a shorter shaft.
I love this club 42* chipper and it also replaced my 9. Works great on full swings as well. Close to the green, grab this. Gets lots of use. My father plays the niblick version of this club and its his fav in the bag. Reminds me of an upright Maltby Glider.
I note you are demonstrating chipping with a fair amount of damp green to work with. I would like to see how the chipper works on normal dry conditions with much less green to work with. Great work and love the lie angle of the chipper which feels more like a putter.
Bought the 42 degree chipper, even though my wedge game is pretty decent. It's in my upright spec and I need something to blast from rubbish lies (Coach's behind the trees observation!) and perhaps for muddy chip lies in autumn golf, which I just decided to pick up this year for the first time. Also because I have trouble using my hybrid as a rescue club (I rather use it as an effective fairway wood) Good video again. First muddy outings with it were great! Crossy wedge forever!
Can't believe I've just watched a 30 minute review on a chipper and enjoyed every minute of it 🤣
… and I just watched it a second time 😂
My stupid pride was preventing me from getting the chipper for a long while...after watching this...not anymore...
Just did exactly the same - even missed the start of the match.
hahaha same here

Please put it in the bag, future course vlogs commentary will be gold.
As a scratch golfer even I love how much this club looks like it helps just wondering is it worth the time learning to hit normal wedges or just use a club like this when most people just want to have fun 🤷♂️
Its great for courses that have non-elevated greens. If you have elevated greens you will likely need to flop with a lob or sand wedge.
Not only was that comedy gold, but it was informative too! Good work!
Can't buy one in OZ all sold out I rest my case
That chipper 😊 Definitely put that in the bag. Or send it my way
I’m happy with my current Gap and 56 wedges but I do have a space in my bag and like most amateur golfers often come up short on approach shots…give me a Chipper now.
Have just bought myself a crossy chipper based on this video and some research , keep up the good work. Funny and informative.
Did you ever get these wedges out of interest?
That was hilarious. I think I need to get one.
Totally
I use my 26* Hybrid as a chipper! 👍🏼
@@seancook2264 me too, even put in a ping 6 hybrid
@@seancook2264 I'm thinking of putting mine back in the bag for the same reason! 👍
For the average amateur these are gold. When I played and practiced more I didn't prefer the wide sole. Now there are days it's not pretty
I use my hybrid, or my TM Gapr all the time for chipping. Putter grip and then it's all about the pace
Coach's comment about Bryson using a chipper is so good!
Ego.
I purchased the Gap wedge 12 months ago for this very reason. When the course get a bit sketchy it goes in the bag. Great review. Cheers
These guys are great. They don’t take golf too serious and have some fun with it. Mark is so up front with his sponsorship and even hilariously says “I’m going to show you this, but do whatever you want.”
I do like that the Smart Sole 4 is now in black satin.
I just bought the same chipper last weekend. OMG!! It has changed my LIFE! It's awesome for my game
I've only messed with my new one indoors but it has a totally different feeling. Like nothing else I've ever used. It just exudes confidence.
What a fun video, loved it. Chipper me up!!
Used one of these for 2 seasons and it is just wonderful from 40 yds in and as a rescue club. Recently took it out because I have more confidence and clubs to do the job without it. Passed it on to a buddy who has used it all winter.
I think there will be a Smart Sole Sand Wedge and Crossy Chipper in my bag this summer.
Guy Canada 🇨🇦
I'm with you Guy. I put the whole G,S,C set into the bag. I think this is going to be a proper arsenal.
Love it, if we could get over our egos we would all shoot better scores as average club golfers. Great vid!
Yes, Mark. Put the chipper in the bag, even if you have to take something else out.
Will be getting that "C" Crossfield chipper as soon as they are available. I use my 8 iron for most chipping duty and I'm thinking the chipper would be more consistent and better off tight lies.
They have been available for many years. Used to go by the niblick but then became the smart sole chipper. This is the 5th generation of this club.
It looks so much like a replacement for the Cleveland Niblick….I had them in the early days before moving for my callaway mackdaddy CBs, but may get the Niblick back out again
I really like my CB wedges but Callaway have stopped making them !!
I have a chipper and use it several times every time I play. I got tired of chunking shots and decided to try a chipper and am glad I did!
Both combined brought me from a 11 handicap to a 5 so whatever works is what to use I think
brilliant video this. The funny comment about old fella's scoring 50 over had me in stitches lol. Keep it up mark and coach
I carry one in my goof around short set Sunday bag with 8 other clubs. So much fun.
I got the smartsole 4 gap wedge for father's day last year and pull it out in multiple situations. Favorite club in my bag ATM
Just recently bagged a chipper and ordered a 50 degree smart sole. Feel even more excited than over a new driver.
Stand up with Mark 😆 feat.. Mr Army. Top video lads 👏
☝🏻What he said. The black satin look is cool. My CBX2s are that look.
Classic Crossfield !!! Loved it ! I will never 👎 give up my “classic clubs “ lol 😂 my order will come in sometime soon !!!
What jolly fun !
REALLY enjoyed this one lads, and that's by Your standards. Bravo.
Crossy & Coach, the Vic & Bob of Golf (even if one looks more like he has a fear of the chives but loves the spirit level)
I think that the chipper is something I could game as it takes away the ego and should improve my scores.
Ironically, in the days of hickory shafts and "classic" clubs, before there was a limit on how many clubs you were allowed to carry, golfers DID carry "bizzaro" one-purpose-only clubs like that chipper (or at least their caddies did the carrying).
Known in Scotland as a " Jigger "
I’m a high handicap golfer and I feel like the chipper might help me, very interesting video 🤔
I have the 58 degree smart sole. Great club 👍.
Love my smart soul chipper....once you work out its multiple capabilities....so reliable.
I use my gap wedge a lot more than my 58 so I can see the usefulness of this or even the CBX to get my brain right
Have bought the chipper!!! Best thing since a good bowel movement!
Just added Top Flight Chipper after watching this and it’s brilliant! Should have always been using! 🤔
I love my Cleveland Smart Sole Wedge and Chipper! Does create some problems when dealing with firm sand traps though.
I’d like to see how a chipper could be incorporated in the bag.
