Dick Gregory was a misinformation agent. The pictures of Malcolm taken by Life Magazine immediately after his Murder prove the bullets came in from the front postion and not from up above.
Plus the podium Malcolm was standing behind as he was about to give a speech was also shot up with bullet holes that prove the shots came from the front position, not from up above.
