  • In today's video I'll be breaking down one of the most famous and influential sales people of all time, Jordan Belfort, aka The Wold of Wall Street, selling a dairy famer into a 4x hedging program. However, the catch to this sale call is that it's an experiment and he doesn't know that he's being filmed. This is designed to have a look at the different ethical sales styles in a cooperate environment.
    Let me know what you think of this sale in the comments below.

    JB is KING. His style of sales and his training program is second to none.

    Just to note: Jordan has a very particular style that I understand well because that's one of my styles as well. One example is how he purposely comes across "unpolished" or not eloquent in the way he asks certain types of questions. That's to demonstrate genuineness and not a canned question to subconsciously establish more trust during discovery. Not many salespeople can pull this off well, this is an art.

    I could never be like that in my wildest dreams. I'm glad NEPQ is a thing. Cool breakdown and analysis. This is the first time I've seen a reaction video to a sales meeting like this. Good stuff.

    Matt what a great review having also done the Straight Line program and 3-day boot camp with JB some of his phrases and objection handling are world-class and so is Jeremy. I think NEPQ give more opportunity to discover critical information in a non-aggressive way in a sales structure that is as Jordan would say "paint by numbers" Great video !!!!!

      i agree, nepq is better when asking intelligence gathering questions

    • @faisalsaiyad7561
      @faisalsaiyad7561 6 місяців тому +1

      @Reubz1738 exactly, nepq is not a course but a detailed module on prospecting to gather massive intelligence and the straight line is a course to operate / mimic just like a natural closer subconsciously and teaches you every nut & bolt 🔩 that goes in sales and communication in general, I believe if you learn / absorbe both at the highest level then you become a Maven.

      @Matthew Ryder - Do you feel you can do it your style in the same selling enviroment/conditons? as per your words 21:23

    NEPQ just fits my natural style so much better. Jordan is a master, but I don’t think I can get food at it.
    Jeremy, also a master, and I think I could get VERY good at NEPQ.

    Great analysis of Jordan's work. He is a true master of his craft- and love your mindset of learning from the greats. It's exactly what my podcast is all about.

    The "not going to make you rich, not going to make you poor" is featured heavily in The Wolf of Wall Street movie.

    Personally, I think if there was a bit more mirroring and tactical empathy more of a Chris Voss style. This would be killer. 💪🏼

    Can you imagine the built up fear people have about him, having watched the movie. And all the SEC violations.
    In order him to sell, he must overcome all that sensational Hollywood stuff

      or people just dont know who he is.... plus they say and he says himself that nothing in the movie was sensational... its was his life and what he did.
