Just a few extra hints. If you're working on the DRIVER's side door, make sure your window is rolled down about half way, otherwise you can't get to the track and once the door is off you have to reconnect if you want to roll it up/down. I had to push/tilt the whole window in order to insert the clip into the track because there wasn't enough clearance because of the end of the door frame. Then I had to reconnect the door panel connections (the two bottom ones, the green one and black one) in order to roll the window down further so I could get my fingers behind the arm and track in order to push the arm bolt through the plastic slider. Good luck.

I found this video helpful. One question... Did you have to remove the retaining pin on the blue plastic clip to slide the post of the regulator arm through the hole? Or do you push it through with the retaining pin in place?

And i noticed that as soon as i turn the engine on, the left panel at the drivers side stops working. All the other panels still work. But that one stops for some reason. Ive tried to change the "chip" but it seems that was not the problem. YOu have any idea why it does not work when engine is on, or what i could do to fix it?

Szia! Köszi a választ. Szétkaptuk, megoldottuk. A kék műanyagok ki voltak csúszva a sínből. Mindenesetre érdekes, hogy az S60-nál pont a tükörképe a mechanika. Kifele van a mozgó kar és nem csak a két szélén hanem az egész üveg alatt van a sín. Az első slide blokkot a hangszóró feletti kábel csatorna fedő levétele után lehet cserélni. Kisfiús munka, legalábbis a férőhely tekintetében, felnőtt kézzel nincs sok hely.

I just fixed , it is very important the positon of the metal clip , after the pin enter the hole , move the clip until it locks the pin , i discovered it today , thanks anyway great video !
Terrible music and jerky video that spends more time on door panel removal and replacement. Though I suppose it does get the message on the sliding pin/clip replacement.

there is another sliding pivot inside the door , if this one is broken the problem persists, so you need to check both of them
