Cappuccino is a type of hot coffee. Having hot coffee in winter is a pure bliss. That too with our near and dear ones is cherry on the cake!! We already have seen cappuccino coffee recipe. But today we will be making coffee for 10 people that too in an easy way. It turns out nice and thick. This looks and tastes perfectly like the one that we get in cafe. It is similar to Dalgona coffee. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup powdered Sugar
• 1/4 cup instant Coffee powder
• 1/4 cup Water
• 1/2 liter full cream / full fat Milk
• 2 tsp Sugar
• Cinnamon stick (Optional)
Method:
• For making coffee base whip powdered sugar, coffee powder and water together for about 2-
3 minutes n high speed until it changes color and becomes thick, foamy and light.
• It turns out perfectly like the cream of the cake. The base for making coffee is ready.
• You can store this base in freeze for about a week.
• You can beat fresh cream a little and add into this base to make coffee ice cream.
• Heat up milk on medium heat and add sugar.
• Add cinnamon and bring it to boil.
• Adding cinnamon is optional. You can skip it of you don’t want.
• Or you can use cinnamon powder too.
• When milk begins to boil, turn off the gas and take out the cinnamon stick.
• Add spoonful coffee base at the base of a cup and pour out hot milk in it.
• Mix well and cappuccino is all ready.
• You can microwave the cup for just 10-15 seconds.
