Stumbled upon this through a random UA-cam suggestion and being a coffee aficionado, I had to click! :D However a few things which are not quite correct: 1. Espresso is never made from coffee powder/instant coffee + water (i am referring to a real or good espresso). It is almost always extracted by pushing/pressing hot water through coffee powder and filtering the content. The word espresso has its origins in the phrase "pressing-out". 2. Espresso is very much had straight up. You can order espresso shots at almost any cafe (CCD, Barista, Starbucks...literally any other cafe that's out there). You need not always have it mixed into milk or water based drinks (latte, cappuccino, mocha latte etc.). 3. Cappuccino has an additional "c" in it, giving it the "chi" sound...like the pronunciation for the brand "Gucci". Cheers...keep up the good work! :)
