Hi! Thank you for these presentations. Regarding 4:30, what do you base the claim that "if things don't go well, the man can be accused of sexual harrassment" on? Surely, the most common reason for men to be accused of sexual harrassment is sexual harrassment, rather than a personal relationship "not going well"?
Philipp C, Thanks for your observation. You're absolutely right that most accusations of sexual harassment are legitimate; I’ve seen figures going from 92% to 98%. I should have been more precise and said that “false accusations” are what many men fear may happen in a mentoring relationship with a woman if one or both parties start having sexual feelings or if conflict occurs.
