The Kellerman typology - appreciating your comparison! You're right, I would not appreciate a channel dedicated to Stats and Excel, but my husband who is obsessed with Excel would - I'll point him to your channel! Thank your for the Northouse chapter roundups, they have saved me a lot of reading time, and allowed me to just read the most useful chapters. I am finding increasingly that none of the models seem to really fully fit the bill alone, so I'm beginning to consider the possibilities of multiple models overlaid together and how exactly that would look and work. Followership alone seems to lack something as a leadership model, but equally cannot be ignored in any good leadership model as followers ultimately do possess a level of power which they give to a leader willingly.
Thank you for this presentation. I pray Followership DOES catch on. It truly is the engine that makes things happen. Everyone, even the greatest leader followed and follows something or someone. I don't think you can be a great leader without being, also, a great follower
Ha! You are very humorous. Statistics with Excel! Actually, I really would prefer that to Justin Bieber videos. Very deep scripture at the end. I suppose Jesus's 11 disciples really did take up there cross and follow him, as they met torturous deaths at the ends of their lives.

I am doing an online course, and I do not have a tutor to clarify any misconceptions I may have. I really appreciate your videos. Thank you very much.
Thanks for your encouraging words. I'm glad you find them useful.
