Bielsa would have been perfect for England given the type of players England have and he is had improved every nation team he coached. He made Chile the best team in South America and he is has now done that with Uruguay top of the South American qualification beating Brazil and Argentina. England need a great tactical mind who knows how to make them to take them to the next level and that doesn’t apply to any English coach.
