The LiquidSpring suspension system, first is warranted for 5 years/100,000 miles, far less maintenance and cost than any ride ride suspension in the short term or long term. There is a very good reason why 97% of all type 1 and type 3 ambulance and paramedic vehicles use the LiquidSpring suspension, it's not because they are high maintenance system. Very low maintenance if any over the lifespan of the suspension. I would not purchase a Ford F53 gas coach without a LS 4 corner 5 link suspension.

You are totally wrong about liquid spring. It is not that much maintenance. You drive that F53 you will find out why you need liquid springs. The chassis is not really made for a motor home. You go drive a F53 chassis that doesn't have liquid spring you will be so stressed and so tired

Be nice to him. He’s a detail and wash guy. Not really that experienced of an RV’r.

I think it's worth it to step up to a diesel if you are going to spend the extra money for liquid springs. If your driving less then 5k miles a year, is it worth the cost? I've driven liquid springs and it's a nicer ride but will require some maintenance.

@RVingwithAndrewSteele that is a big price point for alot of people. Liquid spring is on alot of first responders vehicles. We I service those vehicles did not see much problems with Liquid spring

I read a story where a guy had an RV with Liquid Springs installed. It got really windy and the RV was rocking making it hard for some to sleep. So, this fellow turned on his LS system and it stabilized the RV. Dunno if true, but a cool story.
I think that the stress of driving an RV is also proportional to the speed you drive. I've found driving 75 kmh (~45 mph) saves upto 20% on my gas and greatly reduces driver fatigue and I don't have to drop $20k+ for something like LS.

I guess I'll pile on against your uneducated opinion of Liquid Spring. You obviously have very little experience with F53 motor homes, Liquid Spring is probably the BEST option that you could hope to find on a gas motor home. Liquid Spring is a far better system than the air bag suspension found in production DP motor homes because it is an active system like those found on "Super High End" automobiles. I can't imagine that any credible RV influencer would suggest that Liquid Spring is a liability because of maintenance. Maybe you and your sponsor should take a trip to Lafayette IN and visit the high quality operation at Liquid Spring and get some education.

    I wouldn’t pay over $40,000 for this.
