I'm Making A Change to My Channel! - Life & Thoughts After Adoption Reunion - Birthmom Stories

I took a much need week off to mentally decompress and decided that I needed to make some small changes to my channel. Almost everything is staying the same, I'm just going to be adding new content.
My channel will focus on adoption reunion and all the highs and lows, pitfalls and joys, grief and happiness along with the trauma, thoughts and desires that adoption creates. I'm also going to cover topics that have helped me heal and rebuild all areas of my life including mind, body and lifestyle.

Hey Cat! Good for you for setting your boundaries with this stuff! Definitely not easy work. I meant to ask you how you’d been doing with everything since you started the channel and you answered with this video. It’s hard enough for me to even watch sometimes because it’s all a trigger for me too! So I can only imagine how you’re feeling putting your story into the world.
